Not only is this the worst tasting Starbucks latte I've ever had but they had no coffee brewed and I also had to wait for my coffee for 10 mins then I asked about it and they replied with oh, we need to brew a new pot, then had to wait even longer for it. Probably the worst Starbucks I may have ever been to, very bad service.

The barista was NOT friendly. she acted like she didn't want to be there. she made me the wrong drink and insisted that's what I said. when it was a drink I never get! please hire people that want to work. I won't be going back.

So Caitlyn is the worst barista I have ever encountered.... She's super slow she does not talk she is always super extra slow I am so sick of it!!!!! As of today I am no longer getting coffee from Starbucks in harris teeter... Caitlyn wants to be fired I can tell when someone hates there job... Please find more pleasant nice happy employees who want to work because unless Caitlyn is autistic there is no excuse! 😞😞😞

Was not too friendly at first and I’m a Starbucks barista and I always get and make the same drink (mango dragonfruit) and I get no water and he tells me they can’t do that. Which every Starbucks I’ve been too and the one I work at all make refreshers with no water when anyone asks. Two of my drinks weren’t even filled to the top and one of them had milk spilled all over the lid when they handed me it. Couple of the drinks were also made wrong. Guy tried to be nice after handing me my drinks but still, wasn’t impressed.

Plenty of parking, delicious brownie, mocha and very pleasant staff. Just what was needed on a freezing cold day.

Terrible service, long waits, and they pour the coffee all the way up so that if you take the lid off you end up spilling it on yourself. Just terrible all around.

Unfriendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. Very sad. Ladies behind the counter were somewhat rude and didn't care too much about what I wanted to order. I asked for my brownie to be warmed up..as well as the chocolate croissant. Who eats it cold? They flat out refused. What happened to making the customer happy?

I never seen a Starbucks with all bad reviews I wonder why.... maybe because since the store been open they never changed the espresso machine... So If Your Coffee taste nasty that's why and they don't change the coffee every 15 minutes they never have breakfast sandwiches...And they service out dated food this why I quit to don't contact julie chambers if you have a complaint go over her head she's a waste of time...

Terrible. The barista said they didn't have any regular coffee but offered me a latte and walked away. Very strange.

Not very friendly. Staff isn’t well versed in Starbucks policies and initiatives.

Very poor service, the barista is rude, she made my drink reluctantly and made it wrong. I come here several times and they always leave the drink tasteless. Hire people who want to work and teach them how to make the drinks please.
