It was the first time I’ve ever been into a big aquarium and it was unbelievable. You walk in and first have to go one floor up and you slowing walk Into where everything is. Your first view is the big aquarium where a lot of big fishes are and huge turtle! Also sharks were in the background. It was nice how you had to go to the next floors to see everything (Also had a nice view from the harbor perfect for taking pictures). The rainforest on top of the bulging was awesome too. For young and older generations perfect. Overall it was clean and saw how staff really enjoyed working with the animals and how they clean there tanks and feeding them. A memory I’ll never forget. Thank you

This place is really nice parking to visit apuarium. I visit there today, I could park here all day with οΌ„18οΌ‹tax. Please watch carefully, because there are many other parkings near here. I recommend that you buy the tickets online. The system can read your car number, it was so easy and convenience. (Sorry for my poor English)

I have been to the aquarium twice and been given conflicting parking options each time. The aquarium will validate your parking if you park in one of two options they have, but the staff isn't knowledgeable on what those options are. My suggestion is to do more research before going so you know where to park. Do not Google as it will take you elsewhere.

This place was a lot of fun with my whole family and there is a lot of food options near by. They have a lot of things which I documented in video, which I cannot share on here so email me at [email protected] if you want the videos to be sure if you want to go here or not I would 100% recommend it.

Fascinating displays, well laid out and easy to navigate. Grandson who is studying to be a marine biologist loved watching the dolphins and explaining the sea life to us. On the pricey side we probably won't visit again.

This aquarium has lots of god exhibits, but even with times entry is so incredibly crowded that it’s nearly impossible to view them. Our favorite things at the aquarium were the jelly fish touch tank, the sloth and the jelly fish exhibit (though it was smaller than we hoped). Because they have a very specific directional flow it meant the beginning of the aquarium was the busiest. It also made it nearly impossible to go back one floor when realized we left something behind on the ground. Later exhibits (in the second and third sections) became less busy and we were able to see more without fighting for a spot.

This is not the parking garage for national aquarium!!!! Misleading sign and google map. You will NOT receive discount from the aquarium.

I loved the aquarium just very expensive and kids do fly through it. On Fridays they have a half price deal 5-8pm deal but shut down some exhibits early.

Wonderful experience. I went with my daughter (6), we spent 5 hours and still didn't really get to spend enough time looking at a lot of the exhibits.

Just another review saying that the google directions are inaccurate. I bought my tickets online and didn’t realize when I got to the garage that it wasn’t what I bought tix for. I used google maps to come to the address on my tickets so I don’t know how that happened but I ended up having to go pay $30 + the 19 I spend online that I’m not sure will be refunded. So frustrating, please don’t make my mistake

I really enjoy this aquarium. It's well laid out and lots to see. The only negative is the parking is terrible. And while walking to the aquarium from any parking garage, you will have people begging you for money.

Not too crowded for a Friday, but a lot of processes can be improved for a better customer experience. FYI β€” If you purchase tickets via ticketsatwork, you have to redeem them before entering the main entrance. This is a hassle if you didn't know beforehand. I'm also not sure why a map isn't available as soon as you enter. We asked for one upon entry and were given one off the floor lol wth. The aquarium was overall an awesome experience though. I'll be back.

This aquarium is spectacular! Just was disappointed that the dolphins nor hammerhead shark were still there for my grandchildren to enjoy like I used to.

Nice parking garage with plenty of spaces available and reasonable rates. $18 parking from 8am-midnight.

😐 What will it take for Laz to enforce EV parking for EV cars only? We appreciate the effort the garage has gone to in order to accommodate charging but it is sadly neutralized when non-EV cars are allowed to park for days in the EV parking spaces. Please do something.
