We had an incredible experience at Khola Akash Resort! The location was breathtaking, nestled amidst nature's beauty with stunning views of the Haldi river. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort's facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes. Whether it was relaxing by the pool or taking part in the activities, every moment was filled with joy and relaxation. While the road to this place is not good but this place is very beautiful for any type of function. It is situated just beside the Haldi River which makes the environment very good. The open area is huge and there is plenty of greenery also. Overall this place is very good but the transportation and the road condition is bad.

Nice place to come with friends and family. Budget friendly place with a pretty good atmosphere.You can enjoy the nature and fresh air with a mesmerizing views. You can enjoy buffet.Each and every staff was very nice and looked after our needs. The rooms were absolutely clean, neat and tidy and very comfortable. This place is awesome. The hospitality, location and the staffs are great. Quality and taste of the food is also very good. All the staff members provide services with a personal touch. To get the best service , please book in advance and come. One more tip regarding the direction to the property. Do not follow what Google map shows you. Follow the directions provided by the staffs here. It might be little bit longer route, but you will be traveling by a better road. Last 4 km road conditions are not good.

Nice littel resort with plenty of khola akash just beside of the haldi river. Rooms were neat and clean, good supportive staff & very good food. A must visit place if anyone want to spend 1 nightout with a family or friends. We visited 2 times in the last 1 year & planning to visit again.

It was pretty good. we had lots of fun their it is blessed with the nature's beauty and the food is quite extraordinary u got to try out the cheesy lollipop. It is a very good place to relax and chill out with friend and family. I will recommend for old people as well as the young generation. It was truly a magnificent experience visiting their.

Good Space for Office & family picnic or any Get together. All facilities are available. The staffs are well behaved. Only negative is the approach road, which is really narrow. Another small issue is, there is no shops nearby. So please pack all your required things before reaching this Spot for your occasion.

The place is so nicely maintained. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food is good. There are amazing music sessions there on Saturday/Sundays.

Very poor experience over there. It seems like they don't want young generation over there. They don't want to talk with you properly. They have well maintained garden but it's restricted for special people. It's reminding me about elephants teeth, one is for showing one is for eating. We went over there to check out for a reception party. But we change our mind immediately. Worst experience I've ever had till date.

It was an amazing palace .I loved it .....but the management committee was not good . But still i give them 5 star for the looks and decoration.

Nice place for spending a day with nature. Located by the side of river Haldi. Enjoy the sound of the flowing river water with cool breeze amidst greenery sitting on a swing. Rooms are excellent with all types of modern amenities. Enjoy wonderful delicacies. Only problem is the approach road which is not in good condition for travelling in a car.

Overall experience was good. The property is well managed with a beautiful view of the Haldi river. There are facilities like boating and swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff behaviour is very good. There was a beautiful musical event in the evening by the band of Soumyadeep (Shyam). The cost is a bit on the higher side. We did not like the food that much, as it was very oily. While the premises are totally safe, authorities should pay a bit more attention towards some unpleasant activities. After sunset, some folks (may be they were guests) were drinking and using obnoxious language amongst themselves, sitting by the riverside (within the premises), which spoils the environment. The real pain is the approach road to the resort. The last 4-5 km road is horrible and small cars would find it tremendously difficult to cross this part, especially if it is raining. Overall, nice place for a weekend trip with family and friends.

Stayed here overnight and loved every minute of it! What stood out was the attitude of the staff and the management. It was literally a home away from home. The food was excellent and the kitchen was very accommodating to our food requests. The rooms were clean, brightly lit. We had two rooms and since we went on a weekday, we had the lounge to ourselves. Went to the river side in the evening and to our pleasant surprise, a staff member was serving hot tea to the guests at the banks of the river. A lot of little touches like this, made this a great experience and a place i would definitely think of coming back to. Keep it up!

One and only resort nearby Haldia. Food is awesome. One nightstay is must for weekend. All the staff s r very caring. Must try breakfast for upma poha along with chutney!🥰🥰

The place promises services which are very satisfactory and helps in depending on the management without worries. Have personally been there and had a lot of fun with some wonderful friends and did not find anything worth complaining. Will definitely continue planning to go there...

Outstanding location beside river haldi... Great ambience and aesthetically designed resort in the making... Hope completion of the main building with MAACH restaurant and stayal facility will make it a unique retreat... Another Star will be added then...

Good place for picnic

Place was very good for small picnics or big party. There is a small pool with facilities for boating. You can cook here by yourself or they can arrange by themselves. Its beautiful place, must visit once if you are from Haldia or beside. Only con is this place is a bit far and the road condition is not at all good to reach.

The resort is a good place to spend some quality time with friends and family. Nice environment, clean rooms and toilets , friendly and caring staff and good food. We spent two enjoyable days with our friends and family.

Excclnt place. We went for a day 19th aug to 20th aug. Rooms that we got were quite big... Linen and upholstery very clean and tidy. Washroom too very big and clean. Since we were 4 families we took the 1st floor which had 4 separate rooms, and a big living cum dining.. the entire unit was ours. Food is above average. The ilish tasted brilliant. Evening snacks to dinner to next day s breakfast and lunch... All had a wide spread lay. Not possible to eat so much. Staff is very polite, hospitable and warm. Service was pronto.. would recommend it not only for the scenic beauty but also value for money.

Just awesome experience with my family. Resort is fabolously decorated. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Riverside is awesome. Hospitality and food was worth to be mentioned. And lastly wonderful cultural program hosted by Khola Akash. Would love to be back soon.

We have visited this place before as well, but then this time we loved it. The staffs are very very good. I have never seen such good staff in any resort. As there were various cultural programmes going on, we enjoyed every bit of it. Also the swimming pool, we had so much fun. Thank you for the lovely experience. Just one suggestion, if you can please maintain the washrooms and keep it a little bit more cleaner, that would be really good.

Spent a day in this resort. Excellent ambience and views. Facilities like, riverside shades, lawns, swiming pool were well maintained. Rooms were clean and with required facilities. The behavior of the service staff was good. We had a bad experience of an extended power cut on that day, so room ACs were not working. Food was simple and good. Breakfast was complimentary. Food prices were very reasonable. However, there is no provision of filtered drinking water. All the guests have to buy bottled water which generates lots of plastic waste. That's not environment friendly.

I'm out of words. It's an amazing place to stay. Rooms are comfortable. Scenic beauty is wonderful. The river haldi is flowing beside this and at evening a walk on the bank or sitting on it ,is must be one's peace of mind. My friend's marriage ceremony was held there. Arrangements are really admirable. Staffs are very friendly and one will feel very homely there. Thank you khola akash for giving me such beautiful 2 days. P.s.- the road toward the resort is awful.

Visited the place on 17th March 2023. The location is excellent right next to the river, food was average, staff were courteous. The lawn is well maintained, there are seating arrangements on the river side, which is nice. The approach road to the resort, the last 2.5 KM is in very bad condition. Also, the serving boys can do with a little training.

Good atmosphere throught the campus. You could stay or spend some quality time togehter. Average food. Swiming pool facility also available there. Approaching road is not in good condition. Parking spaces are sufficient.

Visited Khola Akash on 25th March 2023 with family for the weekend. Since we planned suddenly on Friday , the property was already sold out and we felt sad ..particularly our 5yr old daughter ...but here starts the professional approach of Khola Akash team . Friday evening i received call back from the resort that they will be able to manage one room for us and we are welcome. We reached around 11.30am next day to a warm welcome and found the place to be really tranquil. Nestled on the banks of Haldi river , it had a serene atmosphere and one can spend hours together just sitting on the swings / hammocks at the river bank. The behavior of the staff members during the entire stay was very helpful . Despite so many guests , they were able to serve efficiently and with smile. At such remote location , the majority of staff are from surrounding areas only, but their hospitality training seems to be excellent . I presume this culture is imbibed by the owner of the property Mr Basu who is always monitoring . In the evening ,a cultural program was organized with musical band and guests had a lovely time . There is also a well maintained swimming pool with separate zones for kids and adults. The entire property including the rooms are well maintained and bed linens are neat and clean. The food is quite good and fish lovers will really relish the fresh taste . We had a wonderful time and would like to visit again in near future . Thanks to Khola Akash team for your wonderful hospitality ... Keep up the good work.

Location is good, suitable for short weekend trip for one or two days with good accommodation and delicious food options in the resort.Situated at the side of Haldi river and well maintained surrounding areas.There is Mahishadal Rajbari also at half an hour drive from there.The resort is located at three and half hour driving distance from Kolkata.

Each and every staff was very nice and looked after our needs (like making sure we always had enough drinking water etc even when we were going out to visit the haldia township). This resort is famous because of delicious food especially the quality and quantity of Hilsa fish is awesome. It is located the river side of Haldi. The whole area is expanded, charming and beautiful. Rooms quality is very good and much appritiatable. Also, rooms are decorated with shopies , oil painted Picture. Each room are neat and clean and have one or more than one AC. From the balcony, we see the whole area along with river Haldi. Room service is very good. There is a park where people sit in bench and comfortably enjoy the natural beauty. Also the kids are playing. So, this resort is called Khola Akash A unit of Delicious. Please visit the place if you are a nature lover or not.

That's a beautiful place to spend any weekend. The location of the place is far away from Kolkata and the conveyance facilities are not so good but those who have four wheeler of their own,can choose this place for spending one or two nights. Peoples who come here can feel the closeness of the Nature besides the river. The quality of the food items are really good but costly.

I love visiting resorts, and Khola Akash was THE best in my experience so far. The room was spacious, we could see the river Haldi right from the window and our sitting area. Rain made the scene even more beautiful. The staffs are very helpful and modest, food was delicious (try fish items there - finger licking good) and the finally the property was amazingly beautiful - tastefully decorated with nature just by the river bank. Will definitely visit again!

I visit Khola Akash frequently.This is a lovely resort full of natural panorama and delicious dishes. There are many beautifully decorated rooms as per your budget.I love to visit it time and again. This is the budget friendly most affordable resort I have visited.

We spent a weekend in this place with one night two days all inclusive package. The location and ambience was breath taking. Its just at the bank of Haldi river. It has its own ponds for fishing as well as boating(for the guests who book a room here, not for day trips) Swimming pool is under construction. They arranged a live barbeque counter and a cultural program along with a bonfire in the evening. Spacious rooms and sumptuous foods just made our vacation a memorable one.

This place is too good. Haldi river is flowing silently beside this place. They arrange live music and huge evening snacks on the weekends, which I liked very much. In the winter season you will also get Khejur Rosh which I like very much. Service is very good. They are very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very big. I enjoyed it a lot.

I had been there for a day with my family and had a pleasant experience The staffs were very polite and helpful. The food was awesome and rooms were clean and tidy. I took my pet dog with me and must say they have a super pet friendly environment. Only drawback is the road to the resort. Plz plz plz make arrangements and save it. Thank you

Khola akash arranged my ring ceremony and I was literally blown away by the arrangements they made. The natural beauty of the place with the river by the side will surely take your breath away and last but not the least the staffs are very warmhearted and give their all to make your stay a memorable one.
