Belsers is the best place for special day in Nürtingen. They have pretty unique kitchen and taste. The food and service is high quality.

I love Swabian food a lot, but I haven’t found a place that was able to elevate and serve it in a refined way while Stile preserving the hearty, flavorful taste. Belser got everything right. The Primitivo Red Wine was smooth, the appetizer delicious, the beef filet with truffle shavings had a deep amazing flavor, and the sorbet and gâteu desert were the perfect closers.

We always have an exquisite meal at Belser’s.

Amazing restaurant! I’m not a fan of Nürtingen, but this place is definitely worth a trip there from Stuttgart. Definitely make a reservation, because the place was packed. We came here to celebrate my dads birthday. We got a delicious „Gruß aus der Küche“ which was delicious. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing! Whether it was meat or a vegetarian option. And each plate was beautifully put together.

The ingredients really shine here. Mainly classic dishes with a refined twist. Seasonal ingredients. Great presentation. Relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent food, attentive service and quite nice open wines. We've got the salmon tartar, a 'combination' and spinach ravioli as starters, short ribs and beef cheeks as mains and a chocolate fondant for dessert. Everything was very tasty and beautifully presented: the short ribs were definitely the star of the show, but even the tartar and the ravioli had a special twist and shine added to otherwise pretty standard meals. The open wines come in 200ml jugs instead of the standard 'by the glass' which is much nicer and makes a few elegant servings. The atmosphere in the upper floor room is nice though a bit unassuming; the lower / underground floor seemed to have more character but I guess it only opens in winter. Overall, great dining experience.

At Belsers, I got exactly what I expected. Unfortunately nothing more, and happily, nothing less. The main thing, the food, was excellent. The Bouillabaisse: just how you hope it will be. Each type of fish was done to perfection. The broth would have made an excellent, subtle, delicious soup in itself. The seasoning was perfect and the accompanying single shrimp was a nice complement. The filet was done perfectly. The vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. The salmon and scallop carpacccio was overwhelmed by the sauce, but it was sliced so thinly that it melted in your mouth. This sensation made you disregard the sauce being in the forefront. The chocolate torte was a work of baking art. The cake was perfectly done on the outside with a core of liquid chocolate. Together with the vanilla sauce, the wafer and the sorbet, it is a desert which maintained the high culinary level of the rest of the meal and rounded off the dinner perfectly. The service was good. Nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about. The prices are what you would expect for this level of food, so I consider them fair. The atmosphere in the domed cellar was a bit cold. Upstairs seemed nicer and warmer. But it didn't have a negative impact on the dinner or dining experience. I must admit that although I would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience, I didn't leave with the feeling that I can't wait to come back again and try something else or eat the same thing again. But I guess that's the way it is with restaurants at this level. I am really glad I went to Belsers, it is one of the best dinners I've ever had, you should try it out if you like haute cuisine or want to experience it. And the Chef came out and personally greeted each table, which is a very nice touch. I wish Mr Belser and his staff all the best and thank them for a wonderful dinner and evening.

Belser’s never disappoints. We love dining here. Amazing staff, food and atmosphere. We also love how the menu changes with the produce that is in season.
