Used only the restaurant. But thats really good for a country like Mali with poor standards and hygiene conditions.

Great location and decor. The river-side view makes up for everything. The food was good and staffs were cooperative. After evening the flies/mosquitoes are a bit of the problem. The boat beside, charges 10000cfa per person for 1 hour, which i felt was hideously expensive. The humidifier is a relief in this city.

Located in the river side with a good look. They have rooms to stay . Good service at a resonable price.

The restaurant is ok. Thé food is good. But, they have to do something about the flies and mostiquos in thé oudoor emplacement.

If you're in Bamako it's one of the place you'll try. I've not tried the hotel service, just the restaurant. I enjoyed the food. Their apetizers are nice too, my fave is the tarte aux fines tranche de tomate et au fromage de chèvre. Delicioso 😋

Badala is a wonderful place to eat, as well as to hang out by the pool and enjoy the scenery. It's 5000 CFA or so to use the pool for the day, and they have pool chairs and umbrellas as well. It's a really nice pool and really clean also. There's also a cute boutique inside where I've bought a lot of souvenirs! Also the food is very good, and their restaurant is just right across the street from the hotel and pool. I've had a lot of dishes here (calmar, Capitaine, pizza, local dishes) and everything has been wonderful! Amazing scenery as well as they are right on the Niger River. Badala is a wonderful place to hang out, spend time, and they have great atmosphere, as well as amazing food! I definitely recommend it!

I never tried the hotel, only the restaurant several times. Staff is professional, kind and fast, working under the eye of the French patron. Food is always good though I had some stomach problems with a salad, perhaps not too well washed. If you are new to Bamako, be careful of raw vegetables.

Large rooms, hotel in a nice garden setting, the beds are small for a tall person. The restaurant terrace of the hotel is accros the street and has a fantastic view over the Niger river. It has a nice souvenir shop as well.

Stayed for 10 days in this lovely hotel during my last visit to Bamako in December 2019. The breakfast, the restaurant, and the accommodations were great!

Took the kids out for a birthday boat cruise and it was amazingly refreshing. It is interesting to discover but not really a repeat experience, at least not more than twice. Maybe in jet sky if they offer it. It's a one hour tour of the Niger River with views of the bridges and some islands and the beautiful landscape of bamako contrasting the tall buildings and the hut houses around the space. Would recommend highly. I did eat there on several occasions so food and ambiance is good. Service was m'okay. Rooms can't tell did not stay there.

This place is great for having drinks at sunset. The view over the river is relaxing and gives you the opportunity to see the hundreds of bats flying over the river.

Think twice before you visit this site. Staying 3 nights in 2020. Try to manage payment by the my credit card, all 3 times payments were rejected by their bank. Finally paid by cash. More than year later Badala Hotel charge from my account 300 usd. Went to the hotel manager, explained situation, money wasn't returned. Finally 15 of December 2021 they charged me again 200 usd for the same dates in 2020. It forced me to block my bank account and open another. Mobile phone of the owner never reply. Strongly not recommending this hotel.
