It's a Great 100+ year old building supply company. Shop there all the time. Way better than a big box store.

Friendly and helpful. I would like to be able to order on the Ace Hardware site as well as pay/schedule delivery over the phone if not. Presently you have to go there if you want delivery.

It's the only home supply store in town. But seems closed most the times I need to repair something. Watch the hours, they close early on weekdays and only open a few hours on Saturday.

Always helpful and friendly. Wish they at least had some Saturday hours. That's when people are off from work and want to tackle little odd jobs requiring items from a hardware store.

After a local cement company reneged on their email quote and wanted to haggle over their stated delivery charge I called Sanders Supply around 4:45 in the afternoon and a wonderful woman answered my call and gave me a great price plus delivery charge for 116 cinder blocks. She told me I would receive a call the next morning to complete the transaction. I did and my cinder blocks were sitting in my backyard by 9 am. That’s not all…the local cement company wanted to charge me $200 to deliver in town whereas Sanders charges $25 a pallet(I needed 2)and will refund the charge if I return the pallets(and I will). In my opinion that’s great customer service and it’s something we don’t receive as much anymore and it should be acknowledged when it occurs. Thanks Sanders Supply!

Great local prices. Service is always wonderful. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff!

The prices are reasonable, store very neat and organized. However the customer service (or lack there of) was highly unwelcoming. Cashier seem annoyed by my presence. An employee did help me after calling out for help and waiting for six minutes with only three customers that also weren't getting any help. Poor customer service....

Everytime, I am in this store recently, I have to HUNT for help. Sept 11th, 2020 at 12:30 pm was the worst experience I've ever had. Customer service has declined from what it used to be. Now maybe it's because of COVID 19 and employees are being rotated to keep distance but someone should at least be at the front checkout to ask for help.
