We planned to fly to Turkey in July because I was turning 50!!!! We were also supposed to meet my son there, who is due was to fly from Russia to Turkey. Of course, we had to double-check the dates, but initially Reisebüro gave us the dates not for the month of July, but for August!! We noticed this late. Now when they open Turkey, we contact, write, call so that they can help us solve the problem, we are simply ignored, rude, wrong letters are sent to the tour operator. The worst thing is that Reisebüro does not read the information on the official website of the Tour Operator. A lot deception!!!! Don't set foot here again!!!!

The next morning at 10.00 they wrote to me that my reservation was canceled(!) because some clients at the office had already paid in cash. I asked about this form of payment twice and was told that it was not possible. Why couldn’t they have called me first and asked if I should keep the reservation, if I was planning a trip?... They didn’t apologize. So if you are planning to contact this agency, be prepared to pay instantly and if the payment does not go through the first time, then no one will wait for you.
