Probably one of the best McD outlets in Hyderabad!!! Food - As usual the standard McD menu with better customer service Service - The way they recieve customers is always worth mentioning Ambience - Clean and well maintained 👌🏼

Just went into this latest and very huge outlet now at jubilee hills which is completely different from all regular outlet ambience with regular menu but with a new section. Here it is has complete separate sessions for order where you can order or take away, this has a separate pick up section beside order after kitchen unlike regular pick up desk is from a window beside the main enterence. This has a separate cafe within with its new pastries also. The ambiance is very new and lively. This has a very big party zone for birthday parties. Contact the management for that. Coming to the food the service was not so good, the coke was full of ice pieces and the ice cream over that was of different taste and icy, its ok they changed it again. But the management also asked us not to take pictures and dont know whats wroung in it or they are new. Apart from that everything was good. Need improvement service and professional staffing.

I love McD for there overall experience but this store has just upgraded thr service standards for me. They helped me get food before thr opening hours, although they were in the middle of meeting. They still provided me with great service and amazing food as always. Appreciate the efforts!

I had the chance to visit this McD restaurant for an early dinner. Placing my order and paying using the kiosk was easy. Once I got the order number, one of their staff came to my table and told me the order was getting ready. In under five minutes, I got my order for a McAloo Tikki Burger, a Pizza McPuff, and a Strawberry shake. I enjoyed my order and didn't have any concerns. The restaurant ambiance was nice, with plenty of seating space. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and courteous. Overall, dining at this restaurant was another good McD experience.

Most hygenic mcdonalds I have been to till date in hyderabad. Tried the veg gourmet burger and it was top notch.

The ambience is good to seat and have your meal with the views. The seating and lighting give you rich experience of in-store dining which is airy. The menu card is some what limited I feel when compared to the other regular McDonald's, but still it is quite okay. The Mc coffee is something to taste and experience on.

On Sept 26th I had visited Pedamma Thali temple before returning back to secundrabad i thought of spending sometime at McDonald's and sip my favourite Mc Coke Float. I did like the interiors and the vibrant look with less crowd. On Sept 27th i revisited this place. 1. Coz I wasn't feeling well and was down with headache and mood swings. Plus I had to board my bus from MGBS to Bangalore. So I thought I shall relax here for few hours. Supriya was my God sent angle for the day. Who literally noticed me not feeling well and walk upto me to check if I need something. She did help me with my orders from billing to service without making me move and inch. Thanks to Supriya for bearing me and taking care of me. And the team to hire an excellent staff. Hopefully during my next visit to Hyderabad I shall drop in.

Celebrated a birthday here, we were a lil disappointed as they promised a few things & they failed to deliver those. But after we complained they made a few adjustments. This could totally be avoided from their end. After that everything went well, their service was quite fast & the kids had a great time. We forgot a gift there, but they kept it safe & handed us when we went to collect.

Tried gourmet burger American spice flavour which is a must try and newly launched. Peri peri fries and cheese fries are the best in town from McD which are unbeatable in terms of taste and flavours. The ambience is excellent and seating area is huge too. Staff is polite and the order was quick with no compromise in quality. Overall a satisfactory experience and this is easily one of my favourite McD outlets scattered across the city. Rating:5/5 Parking area available underground.

Good place for a quick bites. Very good ambience. Affordable menu. I love the Pizza mc puff and hot fudge here. The other items I would recommend in veg probably be Paneer wrap and mc veggie burger. I super like the strawberry ice cream here.

1st day i ordered chicken maharaja mec.... for that price and portion is very less.... also served cold burger ... #so i complainted to McDonald's so 2nd day i received same burger with french fries.... thank you for responding...🙌

This place is really good.After every meeting we have this is like our next regular spot.Definitely recommend this place.

Their systems and payment devices are so old that you have to wait and move on to counter to counter to pay your bill. Then it takes another 20-30 mins for the order to reach you. Food is ok, but the service and overall time to finish your order takes more time.

What a great experience at this McDonalds restaurant. A HUGE thank you to Supriya /branch managers for this unforgettable dinner and entertainment. A big recommendation for a great team!

Nice ambience. Loved the food especially the combo meals are cheaper. Mc Spicy chicken is awesome. I loved the automated system of ordering. Staff are nice and helpful.

This is the best outlet which has best service and best food. And it deserves more than 5 stars.

Food and cafe was a good. But the staff is rude. They don’t do the table service though you opt for it while placing the order at the kiosk machine. We need to stand in Line and take the order. What’s the point of choosing table service then? Food is delivered late. Lot of waiting. Also there is no proper parking facility available here.

This location offers gourmet apart from regular offerings. One complaint I have is that menu is bit confusing. The display near order counter is not showing their menu properly. French fries are soggy and not crispy

I've worked here while studying at my college. First they told me to work as a trial for a day. And then I decided to work here. After working here for 2 weeks, they told me that, We will start your job from next month. I really was confused, what about the time when I worked here for 20 days. They said we can't pay you for 20 days. You can count the number of days from Tomorrow. It's not fair. This branch really sucks. Not just myself I've seen other employees complaining the same about their salaries. Whosoever works here, I sincerely request them to look out for this review before joining the job here.

Over all food is good..but the service was too bad.. they come up with lame excuses that milk is not there so no capachino..later when I check they are taking the orders.. totally disappointed 😒

McDonald’s staff is so good and cleanliness was so high the way they maintain Store and as you know the taste of the food was on TOP.

By metro it could be convenient(not sure never been), by car it was not. Also the place had a musty smell at the time it was starting opertion in the morning. Food was standard fare nothing to write about as usual.

In maps it's mentioned it's closes at 11:45pm but staff as denied to take order at 10 pm and switched off the lights

Worst service ever, rude and no patience. Wanted to order MC spicy meal. They were saying cool drink machine is not working, thats not customer's problem, they should sort it out providing something in place of that with in same budget. And they are suggesting to take coffee and charging high. Or else they should offer meal without coffee for lesser price. They didn't provide any option just simply saying we have to order seperately, If we order fries and burger it will definitely cost higher than the meal. Anyways spoiled our evening.

I love the meals here , and piri piri fries damn they are two good.
