The order time for dine in is super long. You need to wait almost 40 minutes just only to get fries, then I did asked to take away then within 5 minutes it's done. Such a non sense. I talked to my grab driver and he told me that this restaurant is well known as that way. So better to upgrade the service knowing you have lot of staff down there.

This might the latest McDonald's that hasn't renovated yet. It still hasn't modernized with touch screen panel for self service order in Bandung area. That is why this place will close for about 3 weeks now in Nov 2022 for renovation.. When it open again, I am sure it will attact again many customers to come. The location is good. Near to a big supermarket and also Miko mall so people can have good time in 1 area for all kind of destination

Who doesn't love McDonald's? It is one of the smaller size venue, it can be crowded at busy times even though it is 2 stories.

McDonalds outlet at Kopo, Bandung. Just same as the other McD's outlet, nothing really different.

Just another ordinary McDonals in town. The special thing came out as I came here for breakfast, and find that their new menu, Nasi Uduk Komplit was surprisingly damn-delicious! Definitely must try. Food (9/10). Ambience (8/10). Service (8/10). Price (7/10).

Well just like any other McDonald's as usual. Tastes the same. Ordered beef prosperity, the sauce is just the right amount, and the wedges is just fried so it is still steaming hot. Service was good here. They keep up the standards pretty well. Came here late evening, there are many online ojek driver ordering. The place is quite small for a McDonald's, parking is only for motorcycles, car parking is in a nearby business area. Maybe that's why people prefer to order it online. The road in front is also very congestion during the day.

Very kind and helpfull staffs. I eat spicy chicken, very recomended. My youngest daughter choose cheese burger, she ate it in a flash. Really love it!

I am impressed by the health protocols they do, moreover compared to the competitors nearby, hand sanitizer and body temp checking at the entrance, as well mask and face shield on every workers. Plus the seats for online drivers which are set with adequate distance. Oh, 1 more good thing I appreciate, they dont give any plastic bag.. which are still unusual here.. I hope more and more people can go along and bring their own shopping bag anywhere instead of grumbling about this.

Although I have had a few experiences where the service/food didn't turn out so great, but just at any company your experiences aren't always going to be 100% great. Other than those this is one of my favorite go-to places to eat fast food.

the place is clean, the dining table layout is very neat, the service is friendly, it gives a few pictures, which in my opinion are good, with a pretty pretty corner of the room

Very Disappointed! The breakfast menu was said to be available until 11AM at 10.30AM I ordered on grabfood 3 different menus, and then one of the menus was unavailable so they asked me to cancel the order and re-order. After i re-order one of the items was also unavailable so they made me cancel again. And for the 3rd time re-ordering they said it the menu was unavailable because the max order was at 10.30AM. Utter complete rubbish! why didn’t they just say at the beginning i had to change 3 drivers and wasted and hour waiting for the food to never come! Very disappointing fix your service! Next time if the menus are unavailable tell them from the beginning and don’t make the customer re-order until 3 times! A disaster!
