    This might have been the first time doing a Subway drive-through and might be my last. I ordered 3 subs. They were all supposed to have "the works" when asked about vegetables. The young lady must have thought that sounded like I said "pitiful sprinkling of iceberg lettuce." I had never seen someone fit 3 subs in that size of Subway bag. What was there was tasty and the young lady was pleasant, but still... :( I ended up making my family fish sticks after we had our mixture of laughter and sadness.

    Did an online order for a sub today. I ordered that new “boss” sub. It was supposed to have pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on it along with Parmesan cheese. It had none of that. Just meatballs and marinara. No cheese of any kind and no pepperoni. Thanks for charging me for the extras without giving me the extras.

    Been a few years since eating at this location due to some shady stuff I witnessed inside. Thought maybe things changed, but this visit made sure I'd never return again.

    This place is great however they are terrible understaffed. The crew does a great job, but they’re constantly overwhelmed. The new number thing hasn’t helped. Customers see a number 6 on the board and then ask for it with everything but. It actually made things worse. I feel sorry for the employees of this store every time I go there. They try their best but it’s just too much for them to handle. In the last three months I have never saw a person that looks like a manager. Just employees tossed to the wolfs

    Appearance is dirty looking. Many infection control issues, such as when preparing the sandwich, stopped to use the cash register with there gloves on then returned to preparing sandwich again,never changing gloves. The cheese looks dry and had crumbs or other blackish looking material on top of the mozzarella cheese as well as other types of cheese mixed in. The tomates are very unappealing, vegetables look old and sitting too long.

    Ordered a buy one get one 50% off through the website. Came to pick it up to find the steak was still frozen. That's okay though so I substituted the sandwich with another, cheaper alternative. What's NOT okay is them cancelling the online order and ringing up the remaining items differently without the 50% off deal. I paid full price to be disappointed by Subway. But I mean it's Subway, what should I expect?

    Charge me for extra items without getting extra items. Complaining because i had a coupon. Some teenagers were working. The language they were using well people were trying to place their order was inappropriate. The ingredients was not fresh you can tell they were sitting in the tubs all day without being changed.

    Every single time I come to this subway I have an awful experience. Wether it be waiting in the drivethru for 30 minutes when there is only one car ahead of me or ordering food then having them not make it and tell me they have no order even though I have a confirmation text and email.

    One of the entrances/exits was closed, not a problem, just a fact, it may even be open now. Service was fine, sandwich was fine; it was an okay lunch, about what I expected. There were 3/4 employees there at the time but service was a bit slow - they seem understaffed so make sure to tip💕

    Only delivery place for subway in town!! Awesome staff, friendly and comfortable place to be! Could use a bit more cleaning In the dinning room (termites) other than that everything else was great..

    This is the best subway in Bay City in my own opinion. The service is fast, polite and professional. The ingredients and bread are always fresh and the store seems clean. I go to this subway exclusively now.

    I usually have a good experience with this location, however the manager is beyond miserable, hates her job, and is just overall unpleasant to talk to. She'll roll her eyes while making your food, have a very condoncending tone, etc. I get it, fast food can be pretty awful but if it's affecting you that much find something else ma'am

    The music was so loud the 2 young girls working obviously could not hear me well because I kept having to ask for what I wanted on my sub 2 or 3 times then the girl acted annoyed by my presence & would only put a tiny bit of vegi's & sauce even when I asked for more or for a lot. I super disappointed because my sub ended up being gross because it was not made the way I wanted ! I'm disgusted by the entire situation. Smh

    Bought a 6" veggie delight...I have not been in a while. I later found out the price. He charged me for a 12" not a 6" I would think someone who works there would know the price. Also my bad for not checking my receipt.

    Went to subway on father's Day ! This subway is one of the best one in town . Clean and very prompt. There was three workers and all three workers washed their hands before putting gloves on ( which impressed me) they all helped each other and made 3 delicious sandwich ! 5 ⭐ for them 3 employees ! (Best Subway is on Center Rd. in essexville.)

    The subs are still good. It is a quick bite to eat for supper. I ordered my subs online and still had to wait in the drive thru to get my order!! Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line and I ordered online so I could grab our subs and go!! The lobby was CLOSED!! So much for curbside too!! I was NOT happy about that!! I was late because of Subway!! My family and I had plans!!

    Look. How do you get an order half right when you are told (and ask) multiple times? I'd understand if i was given the wrong order entirely, but my sandwich has half the toppings i asked for and half as if somebody put what they thought would go on a sandwich. Absolutely NEVER go through the drive thru unless you want a suprise and if you go into the lobby, expect having to guide your sandwich artist through the entire experience as if its their first time.

    It's one thing to give somebody the wrong order (understandable if you're busy) but to make somebodys order wrong after asking and being told numerous times is unacceptable. I would never go through this establishment's drive thru ever again and to anybody who goes inside: bring a written out list described in crucial detail on every step on how to make your subway sandwich. Otherwise i suggest applying to the restaurant, getting hired and making your own sandwich. It would be much faster.

    I will never go back to this Subway again. They had dry overcooked bread, the young lady kept touching her hair and then touching the food, and the counter that they put the sandwiches on was really dirty.
