Literally the worst coffee. These people don’t know what they’re doing and the owners are the rudest people I’ve ever met. They talk behind even loyal customers back (heard many times because they make drinks with the window open) . There’s a reason this business is failing.

Best espresso shots in Bangor. Wonderful staff and prompt service. Never had a bad experience nor a bad drink. If you like quality coffee go no further.

Coffee espress. Been going there for a long time I really enjoy there flavors of coffee. So much to choose from and it seems it's never ending mixes of flavors. I couldn't tell you my favorite one because there is so many. If you got time or no time swing by coffee express for a quick coffee that's good. Not Starbucks and dunkins commercial over priced coffee.

I just got a vanilla latte from here and I'm shook. This is the best coffee I've had in years! Keep doing whatever you are doing, it's great!

They use local Maine coffees and eco responsible takeout cups and products. Wonderful flavors for any coffee lover, no matter the season. Friendly service. Just right prices. The donuts and baked goods they carry also come from a local bakery and are great (provided you get there before they are gone, quantity is limited). There are several other selections on the drink menu, not just coffee; teas, hot chocolate, lattes and matcha teas...so, I'd definitely say make a stop in for quality hot beverage! Bonne Cafe!

Wow! I did NOT expect to be writing a review for a coffee-to-go hut in Bangor but alas that was the best cappuccino I had in a LONG TIME! My husband got a black coffee with maple syrup and he too remarked at how good it was! I highly recommend the oat milk cappuccino with a drizzle of maple syrup. I'm sad that it's all over and I live so far away, but we'll be back. I'll be sure to let me Bangor friends know to go here. :)

The BEST coffee in the Bangor/Orono area hands down. Every time I’ve gone, not only have I received fantastic customer service I’ve also received a correctly made order each time. I can’t stress how much better coffee express is compared to Aroma Joes, Dunkin Donuts, and even Starbucks. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by and get my staple order, a vanilla chai with espresso.

I’ve stopped here a few times since temporarily moving to the area. I LOVE their cold brew! The coffee is a fair price and tastes delicious. It’s a great pick-me-up for long work shifts.

I've been coming here since I was 12! Great coffee and actual flavored beans rather than just a selection of syrups. The aesthetics of the small brick drive-through are also incredibly charming and only appreciate with age

Editing my previous review. The relatively long term issue with poorly fitting lids appears to be resolved. We love the service and the coffee!

For a building that’s smaller than a shed, and really hard to get my giant car around, it’s pretty good. The lattes was like a 7/10, and the chai tea latte I had was like a 4/10, that being said I’m not a big fan of super sweet drinks and I’m used to traditional Indian chai so I’m sure there’s plenty of people who would be perfectly happy with the chai

I used to frequent here daily. I would usually grab iced coffee and I would constantly spout about what a hidden gem it was. Now prices fluctuate like crazy, the flavor/mixing is very different depending on who is serving you, and they are frequently out of common items. The other day I decided to give it another try and was told there wasn't any iced coffee and was greeted with a look of surprise when I said I didn't want anything else. I can't blame anything in particular for these changes but the inconsistency has made going out of my way to stop here for a coffee unfeasible.

I have loved this place for many years, almost always a great cup of coffee. But lately, service is weird at best and very hard to just simply order a coffee without sparky remarks and a we don't have that . Just going find somewhere else

Staff was nice. But they did not know the difference between a mocha and latte… when I explained mocha is with chocolate she said so you want a latte…. I said no! And I don’t want foam or whip…. But I got about an inch maybes more of foam.

Great spot to get a coffee quick, lots of selections too. Skip the line and Starbucks and come here!

My wife and I refer to this place as our favorite coffee hut. It's so hidden on the grand scheme of placement but when I say the baristas and owner are so friendly and helpful. I love their monthly drinks as well.
