This hotel is overpriced with poor service. The pool is used for children's swimming lessons, the staff are badly trained and the breakfast is terrible. The bedrooms themselves are good with comfortable beds but overall it's not a good place to stay

The place is overrated. maybe its the only place in benisuef that has abeatiful view for photo shoots, but to have awedding there it will be very short they close at 12 sharp. There are more beautiful places in benisueif for your wedding party.

Absolutely terrible. Worst management I have seen at a hotel. I had an amount of money taken from my room by one of the housekeeping staff. The manager, after having to admit it's the hotel's fault, would not take responsibility for the incidence. The service, the way the problem was dealt with, and the way customers are treated by the management is absolutely unacceptable.

I checked into a new room but unfortunately the TV was not working and the toilet was in poor condition. Upon making a complaint to the reception, it took them 6 hours to change my room. They informed me that the new room had a Nile view. However, after settling in, I noticed a lot of noise coming from the ceiling and soon realized that I was located beneath a well-known restaurant. This experience was extremely unpleasant and I found it difficult to sleep until dawn. No WiFi 😞.

Miserable Internet service. Can't get 4* with such unreliable connectivity. Breakfast was laughably bad. Coffee isn't included, it's extra. No napkins. Spoons were tiny and plastic. You can't eat foul (mashed beans) with a fork and knife.

It is a great inn because it has a lot of slides and games for kids and you can be trained there a lot of sports like swimming, karate and more but it is a little bit unorganized

Nice hotel in Beni Suef governante. Always busy with photo shoots for couple and banquets for marriage etc. swimming pool not for hotel stays as it is for learning and teaching sessions only. All in all hotel is only for name sake mainly interested in banquets, photo shoots etc only. Rooms are very clean and organised. Service and food is very average.

The rooms are huge and staff services are excellent. Housekeeping are creative, honest and doing great job. The pool is heated (during winter) so you'll enjoy the pool. However, breakfast need to be improved as we were served with exactly same dish (no buffet) for whole stay (2weeks stay).
