Stay
for
short
meeting
at
Fugo
Hotel
today,
I
have
experienced
an
extraordinary
people
in
this
hotel.
I
accidentally
left
a
Rolex
belongs
to
my
friend
after
dinner.
After
30
minutes
in
my
room,
I
went
back
to
the
restaurant,
and
told
the
problem.
Staff
from
the
kitchen,
a
humble
and
helpful
man
(Bang
Fathurrazi)
)
helped
me
to
dig-in
to
the
temporary
disposal
(bare
hands)
to
find
the
watch,
when
he
was
supposed
to
get
ready
to
go
back
home.
After
an
hour
screening
every
plastic
bag
from
the
hotel
and
mall,
we
gave
up.
Pak
Umar,
manager
in
Fugo,
has
performed
the
actual
meaning
of
honesty
,
sincerely,
trustworthy,
and
customer
satisfaction
oriented.
He
observed
my
reaction,
and
feels
my
deepest
worry
if
I
lost
the
watch.
He
then,
once
again,
ask
the
kitchen
staffs
to
find
the
watch
somewhere
in
the
kitchen,
without
I
asked.
Sitting
alone
and
confused
in
my
room,
Pak
Umar
and
nice
security
man,
knocking
my
door
and
his
hand
was
holding
the
envelope
with
the
Rolex
inside.
I
was
so
relieved,
and
don’t
know
how
to
thank
him.
He
even
apologized
for
the
accident
and
caused
me
stay
up
for
the
whole
night.
I
strongly
recommend,
if
Fugo
Hotel
should
have
a
“Guest
Experience
Manager”
Pak
Umar
is
the
man.
The
management
must
consider
for
his
good
act.
