I highly recommend Lauren, as she is one of the most talented therapists I've ever worked with. As a wheelchair bound paraplegic, she made me feel comfortable throughout my entire time with her. She was able to pinpoint all of my issues and treated them in a variety of ways between table and Thai massage. I always left feeling refreshed and renewed!

I was looking for special things to do for my husbands birthday while we were in Banner Elk and found Massage Alliance through their Google reviews. I'm so glad I did! I surprised him with a 60 minute couples massage. Our therapists were Lisa and Sophia. To say that they both were excellent would be an understatement. What an amazing experience! We will definitely be going back next time we're in the area.

I am a massage therapist myself and I am greatly impressed with her pace, strokes, techniques and the general sense of comfort and relaxation in her care. I was dozing off in the first 15 minutes of the massage and kept waking up by my own snores. So wonderful and I recommend 100,000%!

This practice is worth every penny and many more. Truly one of the best massages in my life. Lauren was my therapist and has such incredible attention to detail and magical hands. She was able to really pinpoint all of my tension points in my lower back and legs and I walked out feeling like a new person. I also have anxiety and this treatment melted that all away and really put my head in a great place. Like others have mentioned, she is truly a healer with great intuition. I can't recommend enough. We had a couples massage and it was great! Both therapists had great pressure and found/worked out our trouble spots. Good location and relaxing space. Highly recommend!

I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Lauren followed by cupping. Her touch was unlike any massage I have ever had. She knew exactly how to induce muscle response and tension release in my upper and lower back. I highly recommend cupping; it was a perfect finale to an incredible massage. Their waiting area and massage rooms are very clean, well decorated and comforting. Highly recommended.

Lisa is excellent!!! I have walked with a limp and had severe hip pain for the last 5 years. Seen many doctors and spent hours in physical therapy with no relief or improvement. After my 90 minute massage I walked out with no limp and no pain. I was able to enjoy my girls weekend hiking and doing all the things I love to do!! Lisa you have no idea how appreciative I am!
