I absolutely Love this Salon & not just because it's because it's owned & run by the most fabulous, lovely & talented hair dresser Nicole, whom I've followed from Helensvale, to Robina & the past year to Banora point..... yes I cross a boarder 🙏 All the staff are just as amazing, friendly & are obviously hair experts. The salon itself is just beautiful, with the decor welcoming & comfortable seating / basin's etc stylish & most importantly comfortable. Today was Nikki's 1st Anniversary of taking over the business & that's why it has thrived despite Covid. 10/10

Had x2 children’s hair cuts and one was done not as asked. Had to go back to have it fixed but the cut was nothing like I’d asked for anyway. She may have been a trainee but still. Also another appointment was scheduled and had to be cancelled but it didn’t matter as after they sent the confirmation text, the appointment didn’t exist anyway. Will not ever return.

Why aren't there heaps more reviews? This has to be the best salon in town. My daughter is a hairdresser, but lives in Melbourne, so I had to look elsewhere. Saks is the first salon that has managed my her to the same standard as my daughter. Both Michael and I have been happy customers for around 18 months. Margaret.

Got a touch up on some grey areas and by the 3rd visit my hair was falling out. If I was an older lady with %100 grey, I would have been left entirely bald. My grey hair was completely burnt OFF and must have actually come out at the sink, but nobody had the guts to say anything!Now I have a different length of much shorter hair growing back. Disgusted! Do NOT recommend.

I have found my new go to salon 😍 From the moment I walked in, to the time I walked out, I felt comfortable & really listened to. Finding a new hairdresser is usually hit & miss, but Savannah provided me with everything I asked for & provided her expert advice. Honestly, the happiest I have been for a long time! Such a relaxed, friendly vibe from all the staff & I just had to book another treatment for next week ❤️ Thank you - Simone

Saks is such a lovely salon to visit! I always feel well cared for and attended to when I visit! The girls are amazing at what they do and even when my regular stylist is away I still feel comfortable with the other girls, given they are all so talented! Highly recommend- fantastic atmosphere and stunning results on my hair going from dark to blonde :)

Price for haircut was dearer than on website. My haircut was ok. Need to keep looking for a hairdresser that suits my needs.
