Nice experience. Suitable for beginners (kayaking) and for those who want to relax. The environment was so peaceful. U can see eagles flying looking for food, U can hear the sounds of kingfisher while kayaking thru the mangrove trees. Ms AiVee is so knowledgeable about mangrove trees. Thank you for the knowledge and experience. Remember to take pics and videos!! Bring your dry bag, power bank, mineral water, and snacks (if u want) . Ms AiVee had prepared cold drinks and healthy snacks for us. There are monkeys at the car park. From the car park, just walk to the end of the road. Then you will reach wooden bridge, just go straight then you will see a hut at the jetty. There are 3 dogs belong to the owner. U can choose either single seater or double seater kayak. The kayak is not for rent. U can choose either (8am-12 pm) or sunset time (4-7pm). Can also bring children. Will definitely come back for sunset trip.

Great experience for my first time kayaking. Learning and see mother nature like this is very refreshing especially being always in the city. But the trip back was a lil difficult I'd say. They might wanna think of a better way of going back to base for those who aren't that fit πŸ˜…

Friendly owner/operator. They priotise safety and education before/during/after kayaking. Limited parking available at entrance, do walk in to the jetty where the tour starts. Very nice experience to kayak at this almost secluded spot. No crocodile/snakes. Not many mosquitoes. Recommended operators/tour. They also share some photos taken during the tour which is a bonus!

We were the first customers to just rent the kayak and go on our own! Auntie Aivee was very friendly and kind. She shared a lot about her experience in adventures. She has three lovely dogs, they bark at you first but will lead you to her jetty right after, and they are very affectionate doggos. When we went out kayaking we didn't pay attention to the moment the river seems quite still, the current for us to paddle against became pretty strong, took us an additional 30mins with our full might to get back to the base! So definitely pay attention to the timing of the tides Auntie Aivee tells you and also the state of the river! It was still incredibly fun, we might come back again for her sunset tour.

Had a great time today with Aivee. Her briefing was very thorough, with tips to help us conserve energy while paddling. I also appreciated how much she loves and respects the wildlife. We saw mudskippers darting around, a kingfisher, eagles, snails on the mangrove roots, some small crabs and a monkey eating a huge mud crab! Aivee took care of us throughout and made sure that we stayed hydrated and fueled with a refreshing drink that she prepared along with bananas. Do bring a hat and sunscreen as advised. You'll definitely need them. Toilet and shower room were clean. We also had really delicious pizza that was provided after the session. The other staffs there were helpful and friendly too! Would definitely recommend nature lovers to go mangrove kayaking with them. Thanks for everything Aivee πŸ’•

Great experience kayaking in the nature! Aivee is good in explaining the mangrove forest and willing to share her experience with us. There’s also a cute home stay where you can have an overnight there. A really nice place to escape from the busy lifestyle a while and feel the wonder of nature. 😊

I highly recommend Outdoorgate if u are looking for a short activity to spend the day..i took the Sunset session and Gary was our guide for the day. He was so knowledgeable. Perfect activity for beginners. Totally different feel when u kayak down a river in natural surroundings. The boathouse at the jetty was so cute and there is a place to shower after the activity. Can even do an overnight if u want. We were served a wonderful dinner afterwards all included in the package price. I chose the Malay cuisine which was delicious. So worth it!!. Kudos. 5 stars for you, Outdoorgate.

Lovely nature tour and fun stay in the water house (a kind of camping feel). A relaxing and back to nature environment. Can just sit on the waterhouse and count the planes if u want or join the mangrove kayaking tour or do the SUP or just do nothing at all 😜. Aivee is an experienced and knowledgeable guide. Accompanied and encouraged us to kayak back to the jetty (we were far away behind from other team members πŸ˜‚). It's a good place to ζ”Ύη©Ί.. to "hea" .. ohh.. ya.. u get to see the sunrise right at here ✌️✌️

Had my best father & sons activities. Cant believed there is such gem with just an hour drive from KL. Learned so much about our mangrove forest through this kayak expedition, thanks to our nature guide Ms Ai Vee. Truly recomended for family with kids. Will certainly come back for overnight stay at your floating house.

We had a really enjoyable morning kayaking session with Ai Vee, Ramon and Kirk. We crossed the border of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan at Sungai Sepang Besar, while exploring mangroves and the surrounding ecosystem, watching fishermen catch prawns and observing flora and fauna. Each day and time will be different due to weather, tide and things beyond control - so come with an open mind to enjoy nature as it is. I really appreciated the team's professionalism, experience and also their effort to cater to the beginners in our group and to make sure everyone had a good time. They also help take photos and provide them after the tour. They are presently the only operators at this spot, so we pretty much had the area to ourselves. Highly recommended.

Aivee and her teammates are very friendly. With the simplest explanation, each of us can learn how to master the skills in the shortest time. Thank you for their sharing. This is a great and very good experience. I will definitely come back to find them again if I have the opportunity. And also thank them for taking many photos and videos for us as souvenirs.

Escape from busy crowd into the nature. Kayaking is just a perfect way to slow down the pace and admire rich biodiversity of Sg Sepang amongst the mangroves forests from another angle and dimension. Great knowledge gained and the whole activities had fullfil my mind and of course, good workout physically too. We felt safe & confidence with the details provided by the guides. We were guarded all the way. It was just fun! Good in everything - enhance physical, mental & knowledge, encourage teamwork & family bond /friendship, ease my mind & reconnect with the nature.

It was a great experience for adults and kids alike. Guides were very friendly and made sure we were well briefed and taken care of throuvhout the journey. It was good learning about the mangrove, plus the flora and fauna that is there too. Note: it can get tiring especially if one is used to being indoors but thats all part of the fun!

Learned about mangrove ecosystem and sweat a little. Escaping the city centre is fun as you'll learn some shortcut to go to PD. Their pizza is the best! If lucky enough you'll get to spot mudskipper, otter, etc.

We had such a wonderful time kayaking with AiVee, under the canopies of the rhizophoras the red mangroves. We specifically requested to go when the tide is up so that we could go into the mangroves forest. AiVee went thru smoothly while we collided with the twigs and roots. It was so much fun. We saw a pair of beautiful orange head woodpeckers, tree climbing crabs, mangroves snails and fishes jumping out (perhaps to take a peak at us 4kayakers). The highlight (of the many highlights) was eating the artistically prepared wraps while our kayaks drifted out slowly. We certainly would come back to join Grovey’s trip at Sg Sepang. A gem within easy reach.

I didn't expect to see such a tranquil place. The deep green water, the mangrove trees and the light cool breeze makes you think that you've been transported to another place and time. I enjoyed the calm waters and having our guide AiVee bring us into the little inlets between the mangrove trees. An experience to try at least once!
