Came here for the first time during their promotion event. Worth it. Dentist is super nice and patient. The environment is clean and nice too. The staff also replies to my enquiries fast, overall efficient.

Interior: 1 word, WOAAA. My wife said this is not a clinic, this is home. Toilet? WOAAA too. Front desk: Coming here on late evening wondering if can walk in or need an appointment like most of other dental clinic for my emergency case. They are very welcoming and friendly even answering my queries nicely. Doctor: Attend by Dr Asiah, very professional and comforting as i am anxious when sitting on that scary patient interrogation bench with intimidating lights and with sounds coming from torture devices and all. Doing deep scaling and polishing was not traumatizing as i experienced long time ago in public sector. Not that i condemning, but just to tell that the Dr and the assistant as individually being so nice and gentle handle patient like me afraid of needle and things like that. Surprisingly, after finish treating my gum infection and doing other i felt like i want to repeat coming here again to continue other work on my teeth. While doing her works, the Dr educate a bit so that patient will understand what is going on and what is she planning to do. The rapport skill she has is something i praised highly too. Dr also always give heads up when the thing she do will be uncomfortable or cause pain, in which i will be ready too. Cost: Since i have no experience in visiting private dental, my wife which she did a lot said the cost is far cheaper given the quality of service offer considered top notch. She even tempted to visit here next time. It's affordable and make sense. Most importantly the quality of service of very good my my opinion. After sale service: They followed up my case through WhatsApp wondering is everything is good or is there anything i would like to complain. Well guess what, came here yesterday with very swollen gum with pus and gigi goyang, today swollen reduced significantly by 50-60% and no more pain and discomfort. The also told me they usually will remind patient about appointment 1 day prior. Conclusion: What can i say more? Highly recommended lor.

Highly recommended!! I went for dental treatment and brought my son a week later. Interior is super clean! Staff and the doctors are very kind and skillful. My son loved the place and looking forward to go visit the dentist again.

This clinic is very details and clear in explaining things . You can ask dentist accordingly and she will answer patiently. Great dentist! Everything is great and convenient. Had a very pleasant experience at this dental clinic. I was treated by Dr Syiera, she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I did scaling, polishing and filling for two of my teeth, it was pain free and didnt burn a hole in my pocket (harga okay dengan total procedure yg dibuat). Would definitely recommend this dental clinic! P.S I booked a whitening session as I am super satisfied with the service and the price is very affordable too 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Had an appointment here few weeks back. Did scaling, polishing and filling and the dentist explained everything throughout the procedure and confirmed with the patient what suits them best at the current moment. Will definitely come here again!

Amazing service. I haven't went for tooth scaling for almost 5 years and there was calculus built up from too much plaque. Despite me not going for a dental check-up in so long, Dr. Asiah was patient and really steady with her hands slowly removing the calculus. She would take short breaks whenever i feel too much discomfort, overall the whole scaling process was a really good experience. 10/10 would definitely come here again for any of my future dental necessities. Price was reasonable. For removing my calculus they charged me rm110 and rm40 for consulting fee (only charged when its your first time here). So the next time you visit again, you would only have to pay for the service and not for consulting fee. I guess the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because of my appointment delay. I set an appointment via WhatsApp but when I arrived at the appointed time, i had to wait for around 45 minutes before it was my turn. the wait was bearable because they had marvel movies playing in the background. Other than that it was a great experience. I do not feel any gum discomfort or pain whatsoever and I would definitely return in the future.
