This place officially will open on 1 May 2023. But based on their other branches, the staffs are professional and friendly. Fully equipped gym. 24 hours access with tight security. Clean setup too. The monthly fee is also reasonable compared to other gyms. Just hope that this new branch will be as good as the others.

Very frustrating time with their front desk/customer service. I had an issue with my membership and when I contacted them for help and clarification, they were very poor and unhelpful in their response. They kept beating around the bush, didn't want to answer my question directly, and kept deflecting. I had to ask the same question multiple times to get an appropriate response. It was a very bad experience talking to them. Poor customer service and support! In the end, they ghosted me and stopped replying entirely. That was not very professional. This incident has caused me to avoid visiting this branch of AF.

Don’t know what’s with all these manufactured 5 star reviews reviews about it being spacious. It is not. First impression is that it’s very cramped and machines are all packed closely with each other. Sweat from the person next to you will definitely hit you throughout. Good thing is that it looks clean and is fully equipped. Gotta take the good and the bad.

Newly opened gym in this housing community in Taman Megah. This gym is fully equipped with normal gym goers. There’s a studio that can do group classes. It’s clean and homey environment.

Bad experience here in this branch. The admin here always check me and my friend attendance when we go in. We did tap the keyfob but they still ask ? Then tell us they will check in their system. Please stand outside/nearby the door if u really wanna act like very responsible. Else check ur system first only find us lah. Not satisfy bcuz their service made me feel like we are thief. If they ask more politely or with a little smile surely will feel better. Other branches will not like this and we feel super satisfied. The staff in other branch super duper friendly and nice la! YYDS! Only Megah rise branch. Oh the instructors for kpop fitness on Sunday also impolite. The other PT and instructors all ok very good i think.

Giving this rate because of Naim! Gym is great with all equipment you need for serious or casual workouts, but the best asset is staff for sure. This guy changed my mind with his professional advices and made me fix back issues I was suffering for years. After teaching me proper technique I skyrocketed in strength and muscle volume. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Terrible manager, Ellya and her staff Shira. I was waiting for my payment to deduct from my bank account. I was too busy, so i thought due to public holiday on 1st so maybe they will deduct later. It's 4 Jan I receive msg from Shira asking if I cancel my autodeduction from bank. I was shocked. Her manager Ellya, with no customer service skill, said the payment only will unsuccessful if I personally call my bank and cancelled it. I was furious with allegation and started to shout at them. Asked them to check again then only they told me, ohhh sorry. This is because of your card expired. This is so stupid! Being a manager and dnt know how to handle a customer? Zero customer service!! Kindly refain from making presumptions about I have cancelled the payment! Usually you have to investigate internally before call a customer! I never had issue like this before. This is the first time and I totally unhappy, upset and pissed off. I stopped going to this place and I have continue going to PJ33. 23/01/2024 @13.08 received call from hQ pertaining this complaint. Was explaining to the person, was frustrated because of this issue. The person said, I was abusing her staff and will suspend my membership. Which I did not. I stated there as this is stupid, it means the event. It was a waste of time for me explaining to the HQ staff. He also uses sarcastic comment when i explain. Overall experience, terrible!

Starting out with exercise for the first time, I was quite inexperienced and found it challenging. However, I was fortunate enough to meet Coach Shahril, who is thoughtful and understanding with his guidance, I was able to start exercising without much difficulty, and now he has become my PT Coach. I truly enjoy exercising now, and I highly recommend this place, AF Taman Megah branch. The facility offers a spacious and pleasant environment, making it an ideal location for workouts.
