Terrible
manager,
Ellya
and
her
staff
Shira.
I
was
waiting
for
my
payment
to
deduct
from
my
bank
account.
I
was
too
busy,
so
i
thought
due
to
public
holiday
on
1st
so
maybe
they
will
deduct
later.

I
receive
msg
from
Shira
asking
if
I
cancel
my
autodeduction
from
bank.
I
was
shocked.
Her
manager
Ellya,
with
no
customer
service
skill,
said
the
payment
only
will
unsuccessful
if
I
personally
call
my
bank
and
cancelled
it.
I
was
furious
with
allegation
and
started
to
shout
at
them.
Asked
them
to
check
again
then
only
they
told
me,
ohhh
sorry.
This
is
because
of
your
card
expired.
This
is
so
stupid!
Being
a
manager
and
dnt
know
how
to
handle
a
customer?
Zero
customer
service!!
Kindly
refain
from
making
presumptions
about
I
have
cancelled
the
payment!
Usually
you
have
to
investigate
internally
before
call
a
customer!
I
never
had
issue
like
this
before.
This
is
the
first
time
and
I
totally
unhappy,
upset
and
pissed
off.
I
stopped
going
to
this
place
and
I
have
continue
going
to
PJ33.

this
complaint.
Was
explaining
to
the
person,
was
frustrated
because
of
this
issue.
The
person
said,
I
was
abusing
her
staff
and
will
suspend
my
membership.
Which
I
did
not.
I
stated
there
as
this
is
stupid,
it
means
the
event.
It
was
a
waste
of
time
for
me
explaining
to
the
HQ
staff.
He
also
uses
sarcastic
comment
when
i
explain.
Overall
experience,
terrible!
