Perfect and the best apartment ive ever tried !

A beautiful place to stay..,Very comfortable and welcoming..,Recently stayed at the homestay for a wedding weekend with my big family.,All the areas we were in had been updated. The staff was great and we had a wonderful time..,very nice.,

It was a good experience staying here. The host is a friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, superb clean, complete requirement for comfort home ❤ Very nice atmosphere. Walking distance for food / groceries u may need. Securities was very helpful. Hope will get chances again to stay here for next visit to Perak 🥰

Nice and clean house. Suitable for big family to stay. Easy to access. Host are friwndly and easy to communicate. Highly recommended and will come again for sure.

It was an excellent stay. The host and his staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. Travelling with young children are fun but also challenging, but the apartment was very cozy with simple and nice kitchen, washing machine, clean toilet and super clean rooms, not to mention the amazing view the swimming pool has to offer. The apartment is located in a very strategic location, foods and entertainment are all around within walking distance. MAPS is also 3 minutes away (driving). Totally recommended!

Super excellent place to stay! Really cozy and so convenient. The owner is very generous and thoughtful. There are books, board game, harddisk with movies, tv box and even PS4 for entertainment. There was a full pantry. The owner was also very nice and easy to deal with. Super love the deco, everything was IKEA (my fav) Recommended to stay here!

Pros - house is sparkling clean - very nice owner, he let me check out few hours late, without any payment, - huge pool, my kids enjoy it - well equipped gym - beautifully designed interior - all rooms equipped with aircond - all bathrooms have heater - near to thousands of restaurant and mall n other attractive places. i love air terjun ulu chepor - very reasonable price. cons: i have difficulty in sleeping, cant help but thinking to come again and stay here everynight

Great place to stay, simple and cozy, Mr Hafiz is a great host, very friendly. he showed me great places in Ipoh The house covered almost everything necessary for travelling, with mindblowing price per night. Nice pool, and gymnasium, I'll recommend for guest to go and visit Bulatan Aman Jaya during night. A lot of activities can be done. Definitely will come and stay here again.
