My friends booked a room hoping that the 3 of us can spend the night together in the same room because we haven't seen each other for months but the receptionist called my friend after the 3 of us checked into the room. He said that there's a limit for 2 people only in the same room. So, we came down to see him and had a talk wishing he could let us 3 together in the same room. There are other people with the same problem like us that night until the manager (I think) came to explain about the hotel policy. I felt a bit mad because i don't really wanna sleep here as my home isn't far from here so I asked if I can stay a bit longer with my friend and he said only until 12 midnight. Not wanting me to go that early, my friend booked another single room for me and then she asked the receptionist if the 3 of us now can sleep together since she said that there is a limit in every room and the manager said okay after she had paid the single room. I'm a bit confused because earlier she said only 2 people can sleep in the room but since we booked another room suddenly there is no limit (we didnt even use the single room, not even bother to take the key). I have been to 5 stars hotel before but I never get such treatment. I'm sorry but I would never go to this hotel anymore. I also won't recommend it to my friends. P/s: This is my first long review and I hope there won't be other people having such issue like mine. Side note: My friends went there to book the room ahead by walked in but the receptionist said there weren't any available room although when they looked up online there are available rooms. So, my friends walked out from the hotel and booked the room online. And went in again after they made online booking. Sighs~

⭕️Receptionist is super nice and friendly. ⭕️good location. ❌ they use foldable single bed for single room, it should not be considered as a proper bed. ❌The house rules made me feel like living in a dormitory not a “boutique” hotel. ❌ soundproof for no window room is bad, I could hear all conversations at the reception. ❌ NO kettle?! Seriously? ❌boutique hotel but amenities are budget hotel level. ❌ Please provide a proper duvet. Overall I felt like I paid to be placed in a jail cell.

I don't want book this hotel again.. 1)deposit is RM100, but the another hotel like this I have go before just receive RM50 2) We don't know the rules we need to switch off aircond, but we found the staff of this hotel did not ask our permission and came inside our room , switch off the aircond and the light of toilet. The important thing is we just leave 3 hours only, this event make us feel scared，our safety is affected and did not have any privacy. If my important things like ic, watch, passport, wallet disappeared, who pay for me.....if someone go inside my room in midnight when I'm sleep?? How to make sure guest's safety? 3) The facilities like television control can't use, the shower water is very small 4) The rules "low down tone after 10pm" is impossible rules, Why the hotel not doing sound insulation, but instead asking the guests to low down their tone after 10pm

Worse experience. First time cant check in because of their bizzare restriction on cannot check in after 12 am midnight eventhough we already confirmed our check in timing. Very inconvenience for travellers. Staff was very rude . Got a room with a window, it happens that later that night it was raining and guess what! Our hotel room floor was flooded with water and all. Deposit so high, i believe tht even 5 stars hotel dont imply such insane amount of deposit. worst oyo hotel in customer service wise.

Beautiful budget hotel in town! I love to stay here even they have no parking for visitor but OYO placed strategic location just hit the point. By the way, if you plan for extra pillow or blanket you need to confirm earlier because at my situation they have no service for extra add on pillow/blanket but Recommended. 😊

Very poor .. This hotel not recommended. They need original married certificate for this hotel. Already show marriage certificate but the worker still not satisfied...and we can't even go in to the hotel although already paid with Agoda.. The amount paid can't be refundable. Bad impression. Customer service also rude. Very2 bad and receptionist just use speaker to speak with customer and I just could spoke outside of the hotel and not open the door at all to talk with me although I already made full payment in agoda. Treat customer very badly...

The hotel is fine. You get for what you pay. Since this hotel us really near to main road, you might need to consider especially for those who are not used to sleep with noise (cars, lorries and even ambulance!) For me it's just nice.

Room ok, clean, tidy eventho only have basic amenities towel,soap, tissue, TV, hanger. Service from receptionist ok but only need to wait Within 2-5min to checkin and checkout. If Want checkout early, better Call first owner. Location strategic, near Mall and shops Foods.

Tv remote is not working. The staffs is not quite friendly, at least what we did expected from other hotels. Will not recommended.

The Lady at the counter is friendly and kind to talk with, although the room is a little bit small, but all the necessity is present. The lady also gave me some guides on the places for meal and also to visit. Overall is satisfying.

So far the best Hotel I stayed in Banting.. Nice friendly staff with comfortable room to stay.. Shop are nearby as this located in centre of town.. Worth the price..
