The room was clean, but the basics is not complete. Hygiene products Only have toothbrush, no razor, comb, shower hat, laundry bag. No any coffee or tea pack, only mineral water. Luckily besides have 99speedmart. Oh ya,there is no elevator here, If you book the top floor, you have to climb the stairs with your luggage.

the towel looks like rag and everyday seem housekeepers just throw the towel and floor towel on the bed . The air conditioner is loud. No elevator service , guest have to carry the luggage upstairs. Staff has no service mind , one night at 1 am some guest make a party inside the room with terrible noise but no immediate action from staff and allow this party go to 3 am. So terrible!

If you're looking for somewhere peace and quiet, look elsewhere. This hotel is situated next to the main road, whereby you, or worse your baby will be awaken by the noisiness of the engines in the middle of the night. I stayed at the so called the Premium room, but the condition is just like a budget room, with bath tub as the only difference. They don't even have coffee as free drink. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars for their cleanliness. Don't think I'll be coming to this hotel again.

Their hotel room is perfect for a nice stay when you're on business trip in Banting. I got a spacious room, well equipped and the extra credits goes to their bathrooms!! I enjoyed the rain shower. I been there many times and the only downside is.. It's making me to think about the fare I paid them is worth or not because it's still a shoplot hotel and car park is on-street parking.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. However, this is my first night at Suite Dreamz Hotel and currently the time is 0010 am. The staff making noise at level 1, they close the door loudly and making so many noise. Please respect your customers. Its already pass midnight and everybody already sleep. Please stop banging the door loudly!! We are trying to sleep at your hotel

First time here coz the hotel we used to stay fully booked. The hotel was good, behind got famous restaurant among locals, beside mamak restaurant, n speedmart, same row with bubble bee. Room was clean, various TV channels. Overall fantastic! Keep it up!

Overall experience was good. Worth for the price. Few additional points that can be improved are the cups (slightly broken), towel as well can be changed. Sound proffing are not the best out there but for the price the comfort is there. Location is the best aspect of the hotel, with various restaurants nearby and a 20 mins drive to morib beach.

Clean.. safe.. just little bit noisy from outside shoplots or staircase as this hotel seem like no life or if ur room rate hot window and facing behind restaurants.. it might be difficult to quietly sleeping time lol

If you prefer to be seen by your partner while taking shower or during loop, this is the right place to do so! Transparent personal lavatory glass wall (frosted facing entrance) with rain type shower head & backlight mirror. Chic & stylish room..very cozy for a town boutique hotel

This is the bathroom of the hotel. Very clean although the room is compact. The room is clean and we had a very good experience during our stay. The price is not very expensive too. Will visit here again.

Nice and cozy. Though a bit small and poor sound proofing. Woken up few times at night due to very loud sound when next door customer closing their door. Strategically located next to mamak stall and there's a RM16 per entry gym nearby. Family mart, mcD also nearby

Clean and tidy but for the stairs too dark for the colour.it will be a bit dangerous as it also a bit small to step. But still one of the good hotel in Banting. 😄

Can i know, why your hotel rate is different then counter price list expecially at midnight?. Morning i can get same price for walk-in but after 12 midnight the same room price become extra 30 Ringgit ( i stay in room 108 for Rm90 but at midnight the same 108 room became Rm120) .i used to stay here 5 times in past 8 months. When i checked in at morning i pay the price as per in the counter price. But after 12 Midnight the same room become extra 30 Ringgit. I got faced this issue in this hotel before but the manager refund me back the extra payment next day but didn't explain me about the extra charges.

Simple but nice room in Banting. The room cleanliness is ok but room size is very small. Convenient as next to MacDonald's and other nice restaurants in town.

ok for a night stay. water cooler need to fix filter with carbon to ensure water fit for drinking.

Easy parking with nearby shops. Call directly to the hotel to get lowest rate rather than using third party app.
