My experience with this hotel absolutely like best ever in town. Eventhough the place is far from the city but it calm me. The village view was remarkable. The manager very friendly and politely approach and assist me and my famili. The staff also very efficient. My room was over the top from the bed to the toilet. Very clean and tidy. The design very modern yet minimalist just like i love 🥰 Overall my stay here was very pleasant and joyable 🙆🏻‍♀️ Will come back later if got chance 😊 Thank you 🙆🏻‍♀️

Nice hotel and good environment. Feel comfortable staying in. The shop next hotels provide delicious breakfast.

So bad for service custumer.me come here many time for the time past n some time stay there 2days,3days some time 1week more n just stay that place around 2week.everyday pay Rm143_Rm153 for 1day.but just check out late 4min only because so the hotel dont have life n me stay story2 so need take the things come down then i do this again but i got call for kaoter the captian i check out.but the captian cut the money at my deposit Rm26.20 for late need 4min n can not dicuss.how i can come again for support? Rm26.20 not to much but i stay many hotel not anywhere place got this price.one day i should pay Rm143_Rm153 n stay long time n always like that so pay more Rm26.20 nothing with me but i am very no happy n never like this.i think anyone the custumer if same me also hate that.

Surprisingly very clean for a budget hotel. They also hv water dispenser. Only thing its not reflected in GRAB...only wrong address

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. No any space to keep bags, clothes or food.. Just a small side tables.. Room painting n environment is totaly horrible.. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night.. Overall a horrible experience.. Not suitable for family ppl.. More to call girl room...

The rooms are not clean. Bathrooms are smelly. Bed are full of dust and hair. Does not have fragrance in the room and bathroom. Shower knob coming out. Hot water very hot in bathroom. Cant controll much as knob is always pulled out. Worsed hotel i have ever stayed.

It’s the first Boutique Hotel in Jenjarom. It has a wide range of room types to accommodate the hotel guests from king size bed to deluxe room with bathtub. Overall, it’s a beautiful and cozy place to rest in with friendly staffs.

Clean and our room is near to pantry , we get easy access of filtered water

Stayed 2 night with aircond not working. Complain to staff 3 times but no action taken.

Very disappointed with their service. Booked 5 rooms for my guests on my wedding day, which promised by the supervisor named Heera, but turned out only 4 rooms available. And my guests should be able to check in before 2pm for hour rate rooms, but they insisted all rooms to be checked in at 2pm 😡 My guests all travelled from long way from home, woke up early in the morning for my weeding, and yet they made them wait at the reception. Super disappointed with this hotel, will not recommend this hotel to other people in the future 👎

Parking outside the hotel need to pay parking fee via government apps for parking period of 8am-6pm . The room 105 with street view is loud and noisy with poor sound proof. The washroom floor is dirty with , no toiletries and toilet paper provided, drawer is broken . The bedsheet with stain . Two stars go to the good mattress and the front desk staff is helpful.

I took advantage of my downtown location by walking to the food store. It was fantastic. As always, the service is excellent.

Worst hotel ever - Jenjarom Boutique Hotel Room at RM267.2 per night - Parking not provided (no matter if u take the most expensive room - No lift - Unfriendly staff, ignore customer who are struggling to bring baggages up to the stairs with an infant - smelly room. Weird smell. Smells like 1 perfume that 1000 people will hate, but only 1 people like. - lack security. There's another door with a very small lock in the room. It scares me and my family - no housekeeping service. There are sign "please clean the room/dont disturb" but we didn't notice it, so we dont hang the sign at at the door. But all hotel ive been to before will still enter and clean up the room even there's no "pls clean the room" sign, so i believe it's a normal practice to still enter and clean the room, unless there's "do not disturb" sign. Or i'm wrong here? - no freezer (even for room RM267.2 per night yea. Even RM100+ room also got small freezer)
