Sit for near 15 minutes. No one came for oder. The worst costumer service ever. When ask are you self service restaurant. "Oh? Nak oder ke?" Wow where you manner? Not even apologies. No wonder this place is always empty.

Looking for special birthday cake for my dearest princess ..today is her 11 Years Old ...The cakes beautiful n nice but expensive..mybe next years when i can buy it

Food was good but not the customer service. Same like first I visited them few years ago. Cold, had to call even to get the menu book.

Ample parking. Standard secret recipe layout. Staffs were either tired or not trained properly. Forgot my orders twice.

Food serve very slow , over half hour waiting time with few customer only.....wasting time,never visit again

I'm ordering my food for berbuka on 4o'clock & reserve table.the moment i get there,i get my food on 7.45pm.such a lembab service.

Went to buy cake slices today, didn’t asked for plastic still charged me although is only 20cents. I only mentioned Whilst I make payment but it’s too lated. Most important thing is the Hokkaido cheese tart. Does anyone see the flies fly… it stopped on the tart, will cause diarrhoea. PLEASE MAKE THE NECESSARY IMPROVEMENTS!!

Yesterday I bought a tiramisu cake, that cake was the worst I've ever eaten in my life, it's not a tiramisu cake, it's a coffee cake.The service also not good at all.Very rude workers.Very disappointed.😢☹️

I went in around 4.55pm today. They had 4 staff at the counter with no customers. I asked one of the staff do they have vegetarian cake. She answered 'tak ada'. Well do you have Eggless cake , she answered "adalah oreo cheese cake". Are we in a 3rd world country, why do your staff at counter are unaware that Eggless and vegetarian cake are the same. All of them have this big round yellow batch quoting " smile lar". I think they should change it to.. we don't smile, we are not customer friendly and we get paid without any effort. They are so masam masam and masam muka. Please change your staffing or give them proper standardized training. Just wearing secret recipe uniform puts your name down. No one wants to go to secret recipe jenjarom branch. So unsatisfied customer.
