Sorry for the ONE STAR only, the services are bad, only 3 table available for dine in although it a lot of space plus upstairs. No toilet, when customer asked staff answered with bad manner. Sound of staff chatting and laughing so loud and annoying. Few staff not wearing face mask properly even though it's mandatory for food handlers in Selangor now day. As usual, we clean up our table after finished but so difficult to get extra tissues so we used their damn clothes that it really damned, should be place in the bin actually. The worse think is, this KFC branch had a lot of bad reviews years before but look like the manager and KFC do nothing as long as this branch make profit as they are no other choice for nearby neighborhood or pass by customers.

Please take hygiene matters seriously 🤦🏻‍♂️ The staff who served the customer didn’t wear mask properly and rubbed his eyes with bare hands... and staff are not friendly and impatient... then keep on talking with each other while all the customers are waiting for them to cook and prepare the food... well, shouldn’t call itself as a “fast” food restaurant since the food isn’t well prepared readily and the customer needs to wait for at least 20 minutes...

Worst KFC I have seen. My fiance and I have Waited in the line for 30 minutes but after my turn the server said 1 person only allow in the restaurant. He should inform Earlier because he saw us Waiting there for long time. The waiter wasted my time. This is ridiculous. KFC management should give more training in customer service!!! I never ever go to KFC JENJAROm again. Worst ever service can see from the entrance!!!!!! I know we need to follow SOP during MCO but the server saw us together and he should inform Earlier without wasting my time. Everyone is following SOP but you should let 2 person 1 time but you guys are giving 1 person at a time.

23th April 2023, 9:30pm.I think I feel angry for the happening just now. My relative and I were waiting around 30mins. The female cashier kept no asking the ORDER, JUST GO and MOVE the dustbin something. Please lah, if recent closing time, just tell the customer, not available the food, how comes saying that still got the chicken, then I order chicken then waiting more half and hour.. Do Not choose any more here, wasting my time.

Closing time 11pm but always at 9.30pm the food will finish. When ask the staff they saying that usual they will start to close before 1 hour.

Don’t come with any intention of eating what you want, they will decide what you going to eat. Nothing you can get from menu, only drinks and chicken. And no permission to dine-in at first floor. KFC signature greeting? Nah they don’t even talk to you nicely

Bad services... menu listed but the cashier said promotion already ended even at 12.30pm... no ready cooked available, need to wait for 15 minutes for a so called famous zinger burger... staffs seem playful. even you have to remind them to refill the chilli sauce

Went 2 times in December 2022. Found very limited seating . And upper level of seating section was closed

Need to close this branch.. No dine in place.. Only open 2 3table..when ask the staff.. "memang x buat dine in ke" the staff just reply "aah".. Stpd branch.. 8pm..nasi also habis, no many menu not available at 8pm which is it is dinner time.

Food taste become not taste good and service very slow.

First time go here to celebrate my son birthday. They focus customer to use 2nd floor. My disable mother only can stay on ground floor. Luckily there are two table. So we can use it.

Restaurant with no chance dining in with a very limited place ta ground floor. Do not trust the menu because they've already decided what you can order. A very good location with a blind branch/regional manager i suppose.

same as any other franchise. but the 2nd storey is good for dine in.

Staff friendly, but so sad that chicken not ready. Chili sauce empty and no refill stock 👎👎🤦🤦
