The best hotel in Banting! The air conditioner is good, always know our body temperature, it is auto one. A lot of foods inside room, such as, spider, ant, and also grasshopper. The hotel is also care about us. They always scare if we get sick at night time. The water pump will auto turn off to avoid shower during that time.

Basic hotel... no lift. Staircase only

One of the most lousiest hotel I stayed in.the caretaker is so rude, check in at 8pm, had to wait 30 minute for the caretaker to come, did not answer the phone for the 20 minute. Check out also the same, no one at the counter, had to wait for 30 minute, when called the person in charge was rude and scolded me. This will be the my worst ever experience.... Please do not come here.... I booked using OYO.

I was transferred to another oyo, happy inn. All was off. Location wise, it was dark no lighting, staff friends hanging out outside lobby. Strong smell of cigarettes smoke. Didn't feel safe. Room floor was dirty. Very bad. Stayed in budget hotels before but never had such bad experience as this one.

Good for a budget hotel, however if you are expecting 5 star quality while paying 50 per night, get out of here. Rooms were not maintained well, some with beetles, some with cobwebs. Ventilation is bad, not even a ventilator in the toilet so after taking a nice and hot shower, the whole room will be filled with steam. There's no windows in my room too BTW. In our room there was no control for the air con, thank God my roommate has Huawei Smart Controller, if not we would have died of heat stress. In the toilet pulak, the heater cannot be controlled, so we die of heat stress anyway, or if we turn off the heat, we will die of frost bite.

Beds are ok but no proper maintainence done. Rooms are small and toilets door broken and not repaired. There is no lifts only walkup staircase. Parking is ample. I feel its expensive compared to many other hotels.

The room just nice for family with 2 queen size bed but the floor not that clean, the room located at different building..less security..

room for improvement especially cleanliness. tricky part u have to topup certain amount of money to meet their standard price compared what OYO Offer on website.

poor bed bug room until my friend whole body gatal, and the bad attitude of take it or leave it is not so good cause we pay for the service but didn’t get that

smelly room from pillow, bed, curtain, blanket, towel everything.. maybe bcoz never wash.very low water pressure bathing seems to be impossible sometimes..leaking sink n water heater also broken.. TV Chanel very bad can't see anything..electrical outlet detach from wall dangerous to use.. no remote control for air-conditioned.. 1 small latch for door can't ensure about safety.. remote area kinda scary n creepy at night

Comfortable place with many vehicles parking space, close to 24hrs McDonald's, ATM, 24hrs mart and mini market.

Feel sad, need to wait untill 2pm for check-in. Hope they can improve it or mention it clearly on the apps...😢 Plus nobody standby on the counter...

Need a lot of improvement, floors are sticky and walls are dirty, air conditioning it's not up to par.

One of the worst hotel i have been.I went on Sep 2021.The room shower not working,toilet imporable,dirty and smelly..Plus the aircond is noisy as well as smelly..Not recommended at all..Pls dont go this hotel at all cost
