So rude the admin(Malay lady) said cannot make an appointment because the doctor want to go back and having patient but before that in call she said the doctor busy cannot ask him about the appointment. When i go in person she said she asked the doctor alrdy and doctor said cannot alrdy. Such a liar the admin.

This includes understanding the purpose, potential risks, and expected outcomes of each treatment. Regrettably, the dentist completely disregarded this crucial aspect of patient care, leaving me feeling shocked and violated. It is vital for dental professionals to respect patients' autonomy and prioritize their well-being. Patient consent and informed decision-making should always be upheld as paramount. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my recent dental visit. I strongly advise the dental clinic to reevaluate their communication protocols, ensuring that patients are actively involved in the decision-making process and informed about any changes in the treatment plan. Additionally, it is crucial for the dentist to practice transparent and ethical behavior, always seeking explicit consent before initiating any procedure that deviates from the original agreement. I called Tiew Teluk Panglima Garang branch and they suggest to check with Banting branch. So I made a call with Banting branch, and I decided not to come. The admin talked so 'langsi'. No wonder there is other comment said the admin is rude.
