PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR FUR KIDS TO BE BLIND! On 14th August at midnight, our girl was playing with a beetle while we were sleeping. My brother quickly picks up the beetle and prevent her overplayed with the beetle and hurt herself. The next day, we found out her eyes were swelling and hard to open her eyes, 😭 we believed that her eye was scratched by the beetle so we bring her to the animal clinic that we trusted and usually anything happened to our girl we will bring her to that clinic as it’s near to our place, which is Klinik Haiwan Jenjarom After the doctor checked on our girl's eyes, she said it is a small matter 🧐 and she provided some medicine and eye drops. She said if her condition not getting better in the next 2 – 3 days, we will need to bring her to the Bukit Tinggi Animal Clinic. On 17th August, we saw that her eyes not even getting better and became worse than before 😢 so we called, and the doctor asked us to bring her to the clinic again. She said that her eyes were worse than before so this time she gives another medicine in gel form for the eyes. The following day, her eyes can’t even open! 😭 If you guys not sure whether which kind of treatment should give to the patient, please do let us know! Rather than you thought that you are smart enough to treat the patient! After that, we sent her to Claws Veterinary Clinic and the doctor said for this kind of condition provide her with some antibiotics will do, should not give those medicine which applies to eyes, this will only make her condition even worst and in the worst case, it will make her blind! 😰 Until today her eyes still not yet recovered and yet still swallowed, the doctor provided her with another stronger antibiotic and said her sight might be affected even if she fully recovered. PLEASE DO NOT ACT LIKE YOU ARE SMART ENOUGH IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHICH TREATMENT SHOULD GIVE TO THE PATIENT!

Totally not recommend this veterinary clinic for dog or puppies. The 2 lady veterinary not professional to handle big breed. We have verify with them are they can handle this German shepherd 11th month puppy. Without any doubt they agree to see our puppy. Once bring in, they were scared and step behind. This is unprofessional way to handle. If you are not capable to handle, you have to tell the customer earlier. We had 2 vaccine at same clinic with experience senior male veterinary. We are not facing this situation with them. They handle it professionally. Please make sure if you bring puppy or big breed make sure they are male veterinary around. Suggestion to the clinic, pls have 2 or 3 male assistants to assist the veterinary to take take temperature and don't ask the customer to do the veterinary job.

Reception counter Staff ok friendly. But doctors unfriendly. Give instruction to the owner( client) to take out pet from cage. Why don't ask the clinic assistant to do? We pay more compare to gov vet ok. Jgn layan pelanggan spt kami terima free service ye doctors.

Very efficient. They follow strict SOP( 1 person only can enter) which Is very good.Many patients but still they manage to complete all within short period of time.The doctors are knowledgeable and give detail explanations and the vet assistants are well experienced too. The front staff very friendly and polite.The interior of the clinic is very well maintained, spacious and looks profesional. All in all, definitely will come back.

The assistant didnt even help??? I was the one who held my cat during the injections while the assistant just watched. are you really doing yr job properly? the dr who did the checkup looked scared lol that’s so unprofessional.
