Started my ortho treatment here and it’s gonna be nearly 1 year. So far I have not had any unpleasant or uncomfortable sensation. 👌🏻 Monthly braces review always done by Dr.Kesavan, who provides excellent treatment & his patience throughout the review process is appreciable. 💯✨ The staff members are so friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and always welcoming. 🫶🏻 The clinic's environment is clean, inviting and well-maintained. 😉 The service I received throughout my visit each time is truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone in search of top-notch dental care in Banting town. ❤️

Be fair to your customer please.. I Got appointment at 4pm and done register everything but u let someone who got appointment at 4.30 and register later than me to attend first? Seriously just wasted one hour of my time waiting for u to serve who comes late first.. Better make appointment with other clinic..

Went here for a scaling appointment and had to wait more than 45 minutes for the treatment to start ONLY to have my treatment done in approximately 8 minutes. The dentist had no regard for my discomfort and rushed through the treatment. This is unacceptable service because previously other dentists would have taken 30 minutes at least. The attending dentist was an Indian male, just in case Medissa needs this info to "do better"

Went here to check my retainer problems & scalling. The treatment was more than smooth. Good dr & staffs! Overall a very satisfying experience.

So I walked in for a consultation and scaling. The staff was good enough to accept walk in customer still I waited for almost an hour before I could see the doctor, yes I dont mind because the doctor was attending to another patient. Finally when its my turn to see the DR (indian female) not so friendly though, I was suppose to get a consultation from the DR instead the nurses were more engaging than her. The only consultation I got was to redo my veneer and she quickly started doing it. After the procedure I felt very uncomfortable and told her to check if everything is fine. Well she said it looks fine to her and did my scaling (which lasted less than 5 mins, for that I paid RM99). I did veneer for 3 of my tooth and out of that 1 of the tooth didnt have filling. This is why I felt uncomfortable and the DR realized it later but did not advise me to do anything about it. She still went on with the procedure. Even told her Im on retainers yet no respond from her. (Now my retainers doesn’t fit my veneer tooth) The best part is the DR left after the procedure and did not bother to hear my feedback. I had to inform the nurse and they had to call the DR. I paid RM549 for the overall procedure and this is what I get! Totally disappointed!

I’ve been going to Medissa Banting for a while now and it is a really great place. Everyone from the dentists to the staff are very friendly . He explained all the treatment to me and has lots of experience .They make you feel right at home. Most importantly the doctor there is very professional and personable.

Dr Kesavan does the best job here, he treats, advices promptly and prescribes effective medicines.
