Went there for the first time today and it truly lives up to the expectation that I had as per the positive feedbacks on the google review. Was attended to by Ms Jasmine, a very knowledgable and customer-oriented hair stylist. She definitely spent time explaining to me regarding my scalp condition before giving me the best recommendation for my visit there. Other staffs were also very friendly. Overall, it is a good and reliable saloon to get your hair done!

I heeded Jasmine’s advice and went for the scalp treatment instead of keratin and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s been a few days and my hair has shown very minimal dandruff, the least in a very long time. She was also really considerate in promoting affordable treatments for me knowing that I was a student. Pasley who took care of me throughout the session was such a sweetheart too. She washed my hair with such gentle and thorough care I lost track of time. It’s too early to confirm the effectiveness of the treatment, but my hair does feel smoother & cleaner than it was before. Listening to their beauty talk while getting my hair done was just the self-care I needed, I look forward to see them in future sessions.

I go this saloon at Damen Mall for years. Really had great experiences and consultations from the hair stylists. I had just recently visited this saloon, for hair cut the scalp treatment. Thank you Jasmine and Sam, for such a wonderful and professional explanation and treatment. Jasmine, the hair stylist that I always like to consult on, she is a friendly figure of the saloon, who I am very comfortable with. Hence, she is one of the reasons why I still go back to the same saloon even though I am not station in Subang Jaya. Visited this place today to do scalp treatment as I saw their ad. Firstly, there is a weekend surcharge which is not mentioned on the ad and was only informed of it today. But what really turned me off is the ad did not mention its for Malaysians only and also the unwillingness to even try to do really curly hair. It was an immediate “i do not know how to handle this hair” , even after explaining its really easy. If I can learn it, why can’t you as a hair professional? Decided not to go through with the treatment as my first impression was already bad. I do appreciate the complimentary scalp review which was explained well.

Although it was a little out of budget it was a good choice as I was looking for a place where I can go regularly to get my scalp and hair treated and just relax. Jasmine is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had in my life! I used to frequent Sense of Touch Damen until MCO and I moved further for work. However, I never forget how great Jasmine cuts and styles my hair and no matter where I move to, I will always come looking for Jasmine to cut, style, and do treatment for my hair. Jasmine understands my needs and she knows how to give me the best haircut every time. If the salon is within walking distance from my house, I would definitely visit the salon at least once every week for a hair wash and styling! Shawn gave the best services too today! My favourite hair salon without a doubt!

Went for a scalp treatment here yesterday and my experience was extremely positive. I arrived earlier than my appointment but accommodations were still made for me and I was assigned to Mr. Shawn. Despite his young age he seems well versed in his knowledge about what hes talking about and the scalp analysis results were very thoroughly explained. I received oxygen therapy and Shawn was not only extremely professional but also a great conversationalist. I would say the pricing is on the mid range but the quality of the services definitely makes it worth it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking resolutions for any kind of hair/scalp services.

Went here for a scalp treatment weeks ago and the result is amazing. I suffered from the worse dandruff ever and fortunately after this treatment my scalp has no dandruff anymore! This is my first hair salon visit since Covid. Was pleasantly surprised by the treatments available here and their staff are wonderful and very professional. Due to stress and lack of sleep, my healthy-glossy turned very dry (tried many on-the-counter treatments in vain). Prior to service, Mr. Louis explained in detail about the process of my hair treatments, colouring and highlights. Then, Ms. Pasley did a great job of treating my hair using the Milbon Hair Treatment. And, Mr. Shawn explained briefly about the treatment and scalp defense for protection. Am very delighted that my hair finally looks good. It is soft again and I look much livelier with the highlights. Will definitely return for trimmings and styling. Everyone there was so pleasant and even the environment was cozy.

Most pleasant salon visit in Selangor/KL. Non of the salons here that I had visited tested my hair moisture and here they did, by using my own hair strands to test. Gave honest opinions and suggestions. Guess I have finally found my go-to salon. With my almost damaged hair condition, Jasmine and Bryan still made Korean wave possible for me.

He saw at a glance that there was something wrong with my hair, but he would also tell me carefully not to stay up late in the future. Don't be stressed. He also introduced some of their products. The price is acceptable, so I tried to buy scalp treatment with him. After that, I tried it and it was really effective!!

Do the staffs treat each customers differently because I had a bad experience despite the positive reviews. The guy that trimmed my hair acted quite impatient. After he finished trimming my hair, he said:' I don't know, you check yourself. ' That's not how a professional stylist talk to his client. At first it wasn't noticeable, but when I went back home I noticed my bangs were uneven. And the back of my hair too. Rm65 for this result is pretty unsatisfying. (Eventhough it includes hair wash and blow dry)

Came today for scalp treatment for the first time due to hair lose and thinning hair. Bryan helped to explain my scalp issue in detail and suggested the right treatment for my scalp. He was very friendly and skillful and cleared my doubts. At the end of the treatment visible changes could be seen and my scalp feels refreshing. Also got a hair cut which I'm really happy and satisfied since it gave more volume and Bryan suggested the best hair style for my hair type. Would like to visit again.

I took the ginger biotin treatment. The staff are really helpful. I got the service from Jasmine and Shawn. Both of them are really friendly and gave me a lot of tips for my hair concern. The best part was the haircut cause it gave me a lot of volume. Overall ambience and service is 10/10. Recommended!!!!!!!

I’m so glad I discovered this salon which is my go to on every Sunday. I mostly deal with Shawn and he’s by far the best stylist I’ve ever come across. I’ve done scalp treatment , hair colouring and styling with him and he’s always very keen to explain well on the process and products. This is the only salon which upfront will discuss the treatment cost before committing to any package. I love the condition of my hair now and thanks to Shawn for maintaining my hair so well. The products used are also very high quality so it’s really money’s worth and you will surely feel the difference. Great first experience receiving a haircut and a much-needed scalp treatment. I was able to walk in and Jasmine and Shawn helped me right away! They were very accommodating and informative in explaining the scalp treatment process and helping me create a plan to fix my damaged scalp and hair. They did an amazing job!

I had a pleasant experience at this salon. I am glad I found them on Google when I searched for a new salon (not satisfied with the previous ones I have been to in the USJ area). I went in to get my relaxing treatment done. Their price is higher than the previous salons I have been to, but it is definitely worth it. I don't mind paying extra to get a good job done. I waited for a week after the treatment to write up a review just to make sure my hair was still in good condition after the treatment. (after a few washes). Jason & Jasmine explained everything thoroughly before starting the treatment without being pushy. Jasmine then handled the whole process, and she did a great job! I will definitely return soon to get other treatments done. 👍
