There are many gyms in Baranagar but I would strongly recommend Triple 1 Fitness Studio for everyone because of its highly good environment and helpful trainers. The trainers are really very very supportive and well- trained. Rahul sir always keeps a close eye on the members while doing exercises so that no one gets wrong. I am a happy and contented member here since quite a time now. I am very happy with the gym ambience, equipments and training. Being a woman, I never felt any kind of awkwardness in the gym while doing work outs. This is a gym to be trusted wholeheartedly.

I find it as the best gym in the locality with proper equipments and other amenities that a gym should have. Coming down to the training section , someone can blindly trust on the trainer for good results! Positive Results are guaranteed. Everyone will come out with a broad smile on their face!! It has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional and overall vibes are great. They are definitely recommend to my friends and family.VERY friendly team who make me feel to go under their training. The trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at.

The equipment is rusty, broken, and dangerous to use. Users might get seriously hurt, doesn't the owner realize this? The gym needs a major uplift, or else it will lose all its customers to the new and better equipped gyms that are opening up in the same neighborhood and charging the same price as this gym.
