It’s more like American motels on the highways... it’s a bit far from the city centre which cost €25 to get there by taxi one way.... the room is a bit small size double room with a bath, old basic furniture, the AC didn’t work...and it could be very noisy if your room on the highway side, breakfast was nice with a good variety of food products... the nice thing is that there’s a huge shopping centre 2mins away.

I was booked into this hotel by Vueling Airlines after my flight was cancelled on 28/08/2023 following the UK air traffic control failure. The shuttle delivered us to the hotel at 10pm after a 13hour day in the airport with 2 young children . I was travelling along with my 2 young children and my youngest was unwell. When we arrived, understandably checkin was busy. I waited until the end of the queue to be checked in and asked the reception staff (there were 3 of them) if one of them could help me with my luggage to my room as I was struggling to carry my children and my luggage alone. I offered to wait in the lobby until they had finished checking in all the airline passengers, as I understood it was a busy time for them. Despite this they flat out declined to offer me any assistance leaving me to ask my exhausted 5 year old daughter to push a heavy item of luggage down a long dark alleyway to our room. Without doubt the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life of travelling.

There is an air conditioner in the room. It is clean. Staff are polite. There are highways all arround hotel, so if you need silence- forget it. Somebody smoked in our room, so smell was terrible. Staff sprayed a bit, but smell stayed. They said we can get another room tomorrow, but we did not ask. Free wifi available. Shopping center is close to the hotel. If you have a car, or if you are a part of group with bus you will be quickly in Barcelona, otherwise - think twice. Food is ok. Bread could be better, coffee machine for a good morning

Terrible rooms, dated, basic, uncomfortable and tired. We ended up paying for a second room as the slate bed was broken and so bad. Rooms feel insecure and cramped. Breakfast was okay but very basic. Staff mostly good but not overly helpful. Location is terrible and right next to the noisiest of road networks with so much noise all the time. Would never stay again and even at such a low price, it simply isn't worth it.

Stopped by to drop off one of my suitcases and had breakfast at the hotel. Said was our server and he was awesome! Food was good

The hotel is far from Barcelona. There is a nice shopping mall nearby, but is that really why you’re in town? The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. I also enjoyed the bar/terrace. The AC was terrible and so was the WIFI

Its ok hotel. Comfortable. Layout is strange at first but once you get used to staying there it can be airy and relaxing

It’s an affordable and clean place to stay if you’re visiting Barcelona by car. They have spacious underground parking, rooms are clean, but might lack some cozyness. Nevertheless, I do recommend this hotel if you are on a budget!

The staff are the only reason this hotel got 2 stars. They are helpful and really nice. The communal areas and restaurant were spotless but the rooms we had were ground floor opening onto the street where the entrance is and were filthy. They stank of smoke and we felt unsafe. In the corner of our room there were insects crawling. The bin outside near our room was overflowing and was used by all those who hung around outside smoking, so not only a health hazard but a fire hazard too! Not exactly cheap either. We could not wait to leave. Will not use again and we are changing our route to Spain from UK next time we drive across.

When I entered the room, there was a flock of ants. no one cares even though we say it. They came and sprayed medicine, the room smells very bad. When we said that the room smelled bad, they said the smell would go away after 5 minutes. when we objected, they threatened to throw us out of the hotel. I start itching when I see insects in my room. I dont know what to do tonight.

The rooms are the worst, poor space, worst beds and the 3rd bed was not usable and had to pay for second room. Service around hotel was good but let down by rubbish rooms. Wouldn't stay ever again and would pay a little more.

Thank you that the stars came together so well and I got to your hotel. I enjoyed it: 1) that the exit directly to the street from the room- so I almost had my own terrace 2) a bright room 3) they helped very quickly to any request 4) the most delicious food from all Barcelona hotels of this level 5) and who with a car or a dog- a lot of advantages 6) in 3 minutes there is a huge shopping center 7) large outdoor summer playground 8) good quality cleaning.Thank you🤗

The hotel is exactly what you would expect. The breakfast was great ! Some really nice touches. Staff were extremely helpful even with the language barrier. The rooms are what you pay for but fresh towels and bed making on a daily basis. Can't fault it. Would recommend

Loud (freeway), dated, and overpriced hotel, which will remind all American travelers of an old Super-8 or Motel-6 in large metropolitan cities. Nothing near by except an indoor shopping maul which is low brow. Our room was outdated 20 years ago. Old astroturf used as runways in the halls. Room security is good though, with double door and roll down steel window cover.

Please remember that this hotel is located right by the highway. The vehicular traffic is very loud even when the doors are closed. I guess the cheap price may justify the location. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. It's a basic accommodation. Perfect for very short stays.

Fixtures typic of campanile before rénovation but without the traditional cafe pot and cakes in the room. Hotel access is tricky like all hotels around there. But just follow Baricentro and you are right in. 2 pleasant Terraces / helpful people at the desk. We asked for 2 extra pillows and got them in 5 minutes. Clean Silent well isolated rooms. Good beds good relax - The minus points are : bathroom with a bathtub ok but but without antislip cover. When showering inside the bathtub you can fall anytime - NO FRENCH TV channels! - Breakfast was covid buffet. Scramble eggs bad so prefer Spanish ham and cheese. And the room had strong smell of cigaret - Useful parking under the Building. Outside anything can happen. I confirm : no Signal in French channels. All others Germán russian a.s.o ok. NOT thé FRENCH

Had rot and mould in the room. Breakfast was being touched by everyone. Watched one guy drop some ham on the counter and put it back on the tray. Literally only used the coffee machine cause. Id rather sleep at a bus stop. Still feel Ill from the mould. Cleaners don't even try n clean it or hide it the rooms don't even get checked. Cleaners do there own thing.

Very bad!!!! It had bedbugs everywhere! I don’t recomend to anyone! It’s really cheap because it’s really bad.

Just about the only option that didn't break the bank on Easter weekend. It is far from everything which adds a lot to the total cost when you consider taxis. The facilities were ok, there wasn't AC with our rooms and the wifi didn't work. The staff was very nice. We did not buy the buffet. It cost about 28-35 euros for a taxi to the city.
