As always when we pass trough the area we visit Il Torracchione. We enjoyed lunch in an authentic atmosphere. The food and the service is to die for. Next time you shop at the outlet make a shopping break at Il Torracchino and find out yourself.

Attentive staff! The mixed grill was fantastic and it fed my wife and I and three kids!

Great staff that was always ready to help and was more than welcoming. decent food. Pandora was bit unpleasing as it was just dropped from a cup with some sirup on top so work on presentation a bit in the future. Cheesecake was creat as well as all the pasta even tho portions were not that big. Atmosphere was quite nice so would recommend it !!

As we arrived around 13.00 for lunch with the family of 7 people- we waited for about 4/5 mins to be greated and not a very warm wellcome. Are waitress was very cold even to the children. I wanted to leave but because my family had arrived from overseas I stayed. My wife ordered a hamburger which she couldnt eat- waste of €20. The served wine with no glasses- had to ask for them. The hold setup was a mess. I will never go back. They have the people because of the outlet. Advise Try somewhere else.

A bit overcrowded during saturday lunch time (especually during Corona time), but the meal was realy tasty (1/2 roasted chicken with baked potatoes and grilled vegetables). Could do with a bit bigger portion of potatoes, but the chicken covered more than 1 portion). Vegetables included grilled peppers and tomatoes. The price was reasonable and the meal was served very quick. They offer a kids menu - either pasta with minced meat or tomato sauce, fries and a portion of ice-cream hidden in a plastic toy. All in all - a good choice of restaurant if you want to enjoy nice, hot and tasty meal and don't have much time to spent.

We have been visiting this place in a windy day and it was a great refuge! We ate typical Tuscan plates such as wild boar pappardelle and ribollita, and as we are raised up here we can truly say they were special! We have been served by Alessandro and it was a great addition to our experience, smiling and friendly Surely coming back when we will be here again!

The waiters are nice and welcoming, they prepared a table for us. However, the chicken was really dry, never had it dry like this ever. This ruined a bit the overal experience.

A delightfull place, the food is good nice looking, fresh and tasty, staff is nice though not all speak english well but we found the middle ground, overall would visit again next time I'm in town.
