Telling me the news that I had lost my baby was rude and inconsiderate. In conclusion, the worst experience, I do not recommend it.

A clinic where they adapt to the patient and you don't feel like just another number that has to run past. I have read opinions about waiting times, probably someone had to wait today because of me, but it doesn't matter because such good service is worth that wait. If it is my turn to wait, it is clear that it will be because the patient before me needs it, as I needed it today. I wish there were more places like this. Thank you.

Dr. Alejandra Paz was lovely and the overall checkup went very well. What is unacceptable is that they make you wait 2 hours to attend to you, saying that they are running late because what they prioritize is the proper care of each patient. El sistema que tienen para las citas es penoso, llegas y siempre te mandan a dar una vuelta de una hora, más otra más que tienes que esperar ahí si tienes suerte, me pregunto yo si la excusa es que el Dr. se toma el tiempo con cada paciente tendrian que atender a menos gente. Nos cambiamos de médico, no me parece bien tengan a una embarazada esperando 2 y 3 horas.

un 10 para el Dr. Samaranch, más de 30 años con el su trato siempre ha sido cercano, nunca una mala palabra y eso que como madre primeriza tela..... parí a mi primer y único hijo el día 5 de julio hará 21 años de aquí poco, que fácil y bonito me lo puso..... ahora voy por otros motivos.... pero que gran Doctor y mejor persona !!!!!! sin olvidar a su equipo que también son de 10 !!!!!

Cuando llegué, resultó que él no estaba allí y nadie me advirtió al respecto, sin DNI, que ahora está en la policía, ni siquiera me aceptaron. Servicio terrible, solo pasé tiempo, sin enfoque en el cliente!!

Doctor con servicio inmejorable, excelente. Sin embargo, si vas las 2 horas de espera las tienes aseguradas ( llegue a las 6.15 y salí a las 21). Considero que tendrían que dar menos citas sabiendo los problemas de retraso que llevan siempre.

I made an appointment TWO MONTHS ago with Dr. Paz Herrero Alejandra Xenia and showed up for my appointment on time today after taking off work early and travelling for 1 hour only for the receptionist to tell me she couldn’t find me in her system. She said it could have been a system error or a manual error by one of the receptionists. I was shocked to hear that the doctor was there but could not attend to me because she had to leave. Seeing that the clinic clearly messed up, I was expecting the Doctor to at least make an exception and see me, considering the long wait for the appointment, the time I took off work, and how long I travelled. But no, all they said was to come back next week (why on earth would I after this experience?!). Would not recommend, I left super disappointed. What a waste of my time and not to mention the 2 months wait. Ugh.
