Buenas tardes, expongo mi situación. Me regalaron estos pendientes para mi cumpleaños a final de enero y vivo fuera de Barcelona. Con la sorpresa que he llamado para ir a la tienda aprovechando una visita Para canviarlos (ya que no son de mi agrado, nuevos a estrenar)y me dicen que solo hacen devoluciones a una semana y que habian realizado el inventario y era imposible canviarlos por nada. No entiendo porque no me dan otra opción y me tengo que quedar con algo que no me gusta. Tienen cosas muy bonitas y toda mi familia lleva siendo clienta años, pero el trato no es bueno. Ya sé que no me van a dar una solución porque me han dicho que no podian hacer nada, pero han perdido a más de una clienta.

Amazing experience with lots of great jewelry option to choose from! The shop owner was super nice and thoughtful - I bought a ring that was a size too big and the shop owner allowed me to change to a smaller one. I Highly recommend!

Very Good Value for Money. I often travel to Barcelona and fell in love with this small boutique and always pop in Aguade during my stay. They have beautiful, classy good quality jewelleries for an afordable price.
