Fun experience at the Ice bar! Allesandra was super helpful and so friendly. The music was perfect and so nice to come out on to the beach after being in the freezing cold ice.

THE BEST STAFF!!! I’ve been in Barcelona for almost two weeks now and I have not experienced a better bar/staff. So kind and willing to accommodate with anything. Very hardworking, and icebar is also very fun. One of the best experiences here.

The staff were quite nice and the ice sculpures were cool. A couple of them were quite melted but still really nice. Me and my fiancée went there just for the experience and pictures because we are from Iceland and thought it a bit funny. We had to pay 18 euros entry and that includes a cocktail and warm clothes as well. We did not need the warm clothes and we don't drink alcohol but the staff was very nice and acomodating. I think the price should be a little lower but still a very good place for a little fun.

Lioba ans Tarik were really welcoming and sweet! We loved our experience here, will definitely come back and I definitely recooment this place!! Such a fun adventure!

The place has good potential but the bartender was awful! She was in a bad mood from the second we walked in and felt like a big burden to her. You have to pay to get in and drinks were like juice/. The drinks were served in an ice cup. My glass had a hole and my drink leaked all over me. The bartender had left the room and we weren’t told how to get out but finally she came back and looked more annoyed she had to make a new drink. After making my second drink this glass also had a hole and I finally grabbed my own glass to pour the leaked drink into. She basically told me if it happens again to just grab another glass/don’t bother me. Spoiler alert, it happened 3 times. After this we decided to leave. Again we weren’t told how to leave and just stood by the door waiting for her to come back. Basically to make a long story short. Could have been fun if the staff was more welcoming and helped us. The room was fun with the ice sculptures. I wouldn’t recommend for how much money it was.

However after such a nice experience it was quickly ruined by a rude bartender that doesn’t know how to talk to customers. There’s ice sculptures, a nice bar (the cups are made of ice too) a good variety of dance music and everyone is so friendly. I took my son and despite children being welcome they weren't geared up for this at all, no gloves available to fit a 6yr old and the puffa jacket supplied was a ladies Zara coat! The building is also undergoing renovation meaning we had to step around boxes and step ladders, not really the plush vibes we had hoped for and very unprofessional Overall not the experience expected. Will definitely not recommend going there. Always let them show you their Menu and make a Picture !!
