We came around dinner time, to our surprise the restaurant was mostly empty. Tapas was quite disappointing, but paella and sangria were amazing. Just for paella they deserve 5 stars.

The food was great, especially the "patata bravas", their homemade sauce pairs perfectly with the potato. The paella was really nice, however, a little heavy on the salt for my taste. The waiter was really nice and paid attention to the customers. Great location as well.

I´ve been living in Barcelona for 5 years and today had one of the best dining experiences to date. We tried the Patatas Bravas, Croquetas, Spinach Canelone, Fideua, and more -- all of it was absolutely divine. Everything is made by hand, and you can tell they have been in this business for 20+ years. The service was great, and we found out that it´s a family owned business. Do not miss out on this opportunity and next time I will leave room to try the Rabo de Toro which is the house specialty. Enjoy!

Amazing traditional Spanish food. We have ordered about 12 dishes and all of them was sooo tasty. Fresh ingredients, delicious taste and good Sangria. The staff is friendly, will be back for dessert. No more room for it left :D

Daily menu set was below average... the wine is the worst wine I have ever tasted in my life. I wish I didn’t waste one meal in my life here.

First time having squid ink paella and it was amazing! Best paella I’ve ever had! Definitely come back here when we visit Barcelona next time

Would not recommend this restaurant. We ordered a few tapas dishes and were served raw chicken goujons. I was very unwell the following few days and could not enjoy the rest of my holiday. This is the first time I have left a negative review for any restaurant but I feel it is important to make people aware so that it will not happen again.

Menu del dia (daily menu) was below average. Steak was hard 🥩. Better restaurants can be found nearby 🍴. Next time, I'd rather look elsewhere. However, the service was good.

Excellent spot, we had some tapas for lunch, the waiter was extremely friendly especially with our one-year-old, the restaurant is well-equipped for kids. The food was traditional and delicious and rather cheap. I highly recommend this place!

One of the worst meat I have try here in Spain. Not coming back. I guess is one of those restaurant that have a good business because of their location

Both me and my boyfriend had good experience 🙂 we had duck, calamari, sangria and cod, which was bit too salty but thats what I enjoy. 😄 Staff was super nice and we also got complimentary shots of limonocelo and bayles from the owner

We had the black paella and it’s was delicious. We also got to taste Oruja de Hierbas, a delicious digestif. Marco the manager was just amazing and as was the service.

I came here with a big group of visitors to the city and we enjoyed a paella negra! Beautiful dish made with care and super unique. The waiter Marco gave us complimentary digestive shots after the meal. So nice!

We got the daily menü for 13.50, the portions were nicely sized. My salad and my friends eggs were very nice but main dish was not very quality. The fish was very chewy for some reason and I couldn't force myself to finish it. Their chocolate mousse was amazing very rich and nicely airy yet not dense. Maybe their other dishes are nicer outside of the menü, it was filled with local patrons.

Very surprised by this unassuming restaurant next to our hotel in the Gothic District of Barcelona. Everything from my wine to dessert was high quality and extraordinarily delicious. Nice place, good food! Serving a little too fast and not so polite (no thank you, no goodbye, not even a smile), but not rude, just impersonal or absent.

We visited Restaurant Catedra for dinner. We ordered eggplant, was delicious , salmon well done, and duck I order a berry smoothly it was delicious, personal friendly, clean, good ambiance , perfect location without smoking people and decent price. I will try again and recommend it. Thank you for your service.

Would avoid eating here, ordered a few different tapas and my friend was served chicken goujons which were fully raw. She didn't realise until she had taken a bite. This is very dangerous and my friend was unwell afterwards. Please avoid.

Amazing food, absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered there was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean, the location was nice and the prices were good. The staff was friendly but distracted - we'll blame it on the fact that the restaurant was fully packed.

BBQ Pizza was incredible, the mojitos were the best we’ve ever had and the service was incredible. all of the staff were so lovely. would definitely go again.

Great cosy spot, doesn’t feel too touristy. The place is managed by 2 persons, so service could be slow, but it’s not a problem for us. Ordered the pasta paella, mussels in wine, and chorizo cooked in cider. All of it are cooked very well and delicious.

Good coffe for take away.

Delicious coffee. Beautifully decorated place. Nice waitress. I love it.

Great food and service. Great for quick bit at work or a long meal with friends.
