We happened upon this lovely cocktail bar on our way to the the Picasso museum in the El Born neighborhood. We were immediately greeted by Beverly (Beberlith) who we have now named our favorite bartender in Barcelona! The drinks were amazing the food was so unexpectedly good. Do not miss this spot. This was one of our trips highlights, simple, delicious and amazing service!!

Great dinner at a quiet but vibey spot tucked away! Friendly service that was attentive but not rushed so we felt comfortable taking our time to enjoy our meal and the environment. We got a excellent bottle of Cava with a jamon and cheese board (I had expected more than one cheese variation given the dish was named 'mixed' on the menu), and a fresh truffle pasta which was amazing. The garlic bread and pan con tomate were a flavoursome accompaniment. The only reason for the four stars is the lack of cheese variety for our board and the small portion for one of our mains. Other than that it was a lovely meal with fresh ingredients and would definetly recommend.

The food was absolutely wonderful! Of course the Pato Picasso plate was very artistically done with the sauce. The meat was tender and well seasoned, the potatoes melting in your mouth, and the carrots soft and delicious. It had the most beautiful lighting and ambient at night. When you are surrounded by shelves of books, sitting on the most comfortable couch, and having a delectable meal it just all feels so cozy. I would definitely come back here again!
