out
I
would
have
given
this
hotel
a
4
star
rating,
but
that
all
changed
when
I
went
to
check
out.
I
was
on
the
5th
floor
and
my
room
was
nice,
newer
and
well
updated.
And
I
actually
had
an
iron
and
ironing
board
which
seem
to
be
in
very
short
supply
at
this
hotel,
but
overall
I
have
no
complaints
about
the
hotel
cleanliness,
restaurants
or
bar.
But
what
I
have
an
issue
is
direct
theft
from
the
hotel.
Near
the
end
of
my
stay
I
inquired
at
the
front
desk
about
booking
a
massage.
I
was
told
that
it
was
an
outside
service
and
they
would
call
to
see
if
they
could
book
an
appointment
for
me.
I
gave
them
my
phone
number
and
room
number
and
went
on
my
way.
I
never
heard
back
from
the
front
desk.
By
the
time
I
got
back
the
person
I
talked
to
was
no
longer
at
the
front
desk.
So
I
concluded
that
they
could
not
book
a
massage
and
just
did
not
bother
to
call
me.
HOWEVER,
when
I
checked
out
there
was
a
spa
treatment
charge
on
my
bill.
I
questioned
it
and
said
I
never
got
the
massage
but
just
inquired.
Their
response
was
infuriating.
"it
was
confirmed".
That
is
all
they
kept
saying.
I
see
it
was
confirmed.
So
they
confirmed
something,
did
not
tell
me
and
then
expected
me
to
pay
it!
IN
my
mind
they
just
stole
that
money
from
me.
So
my
advise
to
you
is
dont
use
any
extra
services
from
this
hotel
as
their
follow
up
and
then
attention
to
a
customer
complaint
is
worthless.
So
I
paid
for
something
I
did
not
get!!!!
