The only good thing about the hotel was its prime location. Other than that everything was disappointing. The rooms were very shabby and unclean. You could see the POP coming off on the walls. The black satin curtains looked like they belonged to a horror film set. The service was very poor. Very limited no of soaps and shampoo sachets were provided on the first day only. The towels were not changed even once during the entire stay and despite placing them on the floor we always found them hanging on the rack which indicated that they were not changed. When we asked the housekeeper for fresh towels we were told not to place them on the floor and hang them on the rack instead as towels will not be changed. There was no room service and when we arrived the exact no of blankets that were kept in the room were less than the no of guests so we were expected to go down to rhe reception and get more blankets. The worst part - the AC was not working. Imagine being in Spain in one of the hottest months and staying without the AC. Not once did we get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very minimal but okay.

This is not a 3-star hotel. Everything is aged and worn off. We’ve got a very small room that has no light. The window can’t close and it looks in the wall and a shaft. It was fairly clean and location is excellent, but again, this is not a 3-star hotel.

There was nothing to eat and things tasted disgusting. Also i got my luggage stolen. A cleaner came in and took the bag- i lost my hair straightener and more stuffs. My family hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle but the cleaners came into the room, and they obviously knew that ppl were inside but just opened the door and came in. The staff members are also not very kind. I cannot believe this kind of hotel exists. It's worse than a hostel. Ridiculous, unbelievable, unclean, and hateful.
