My
flight
got
delayed
and
I
wasn't
able
to
arrive
before
the
reception
closed
at
11:30pm
and
couldn't
respond
to
their
email.
When
I
went
to
check
in
the
next
day,
they
said
they
had
canceled
my
reservation
and
couldn't
get
a
refund
even
though
I
had
booked
for
4
nights.
Apparently,
they
do
this
all
the
time
on
different
hotel
platforms.
They
are
gaming
the
reservation
systems,
especially
when
there's
a
big
event
in
Barcelona.
They
say
that
they
do
this
because
the
fees
that
they
get
charged
are
high.
I've
never
posted
a
negative
review
before.
But
this
situation
has
gotten
me
so
angry
that
I
will
post
in
every
single
platform
there
is,
because
there's
something
morally
wrong
about
this
hostel's
business
practices.
Please
do
not
book
at
this
place.
They
are
very
immoral,
money-driven,
and
do
not
care
about
their
customers
at
all.
