The rooms in this hotel have absolutely no sound barriers, we could hear everything from both rooms beside us and in the hallway. The sheets were stained, the towels had holes, the breakfast from 7-11am ran out of food quickly and by 9:30 we had to ask for them to bring out certain items. The coffee mugs were all stained and “clean” plates had dried food stuck on them. Our room keys expired three times during our four day stay, leaving me to have to haul the kids and our baggage all the way back down to the lobby. On a positive note, the location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping center, easy walk to the city, and close walk to get on the bus tour.

Extremely disappointing front office and management at this location. Even a motel has better customer service than this location. I used to be a regular patron of Marriott but never again. If you want to have a pleasant no stress stay take your money elsewhere.

Stayed here for a conference and it was quite affordable. There’s a taxi stand right outside which makes it easy to get to/from spots. Generally felt safe and the staff were all very nice. Room walls are a bit thin, but the A/C worked great. Bed was very comfy.

The hotel was excellent, friendly and welcoming staff, clean hotel room and lobby, good size room, modern, Fast Wifi, excellent central location. Good quality breakfast. Hotel evening food was good quality too. We had a large group of family members staying and the hotel was excellent in meeting our demands. I Would have given full 5 stars if it wasn't for one staff member working on night shifts who was very rude with bad attitude, apart from him all other staff were excellent. Thank you.

This was our first stay at the Four Points. We found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with shops, restaurants and the beach all in walking distance. We were especially impressed with the customer service. The reception desk staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Have stayed here multiple times over the last few months and I have to say the hotel operation is super consistent, that is to me a highlight as a returning loyal guest. The location is great. I like to experience a more local surrounding and this hotel is perfect for that. Rooms are spacious, front desk interactions have always been pleasant and I hope they will continue this.

We booked three rooms for seven of us. Breakfast was great and staff was alway helpful. Rates were competitive. This hotel is about 1.5 miles from “tourist attractions” but it gave us a wonderful opportunity to explore, enjoy wonderful urban setup that Barcelona has and eat where locals eat. Every evening we would go to the beach and swim. We would stay again.

Apparently there’s a community music festival not far from the hotel that’s going on until 3am? Happens around this time every year for a few weeks. I mean sounds lit but I made other reservations since I came here to sight see and travel spent good money on tickets and tours that I won’t be able to enjoy. Would of been nice if reception told us on check in, I would of checked out and found another hotel. … their TV options suck as well

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I checked in 2 separate beds by mistake and they upgraded us to a king size. I highly recommend this hotel !

I loved this hotel. The service was incredible, they were so accommodating when I arrived. The breakfast is the best I've had in the world and they pay very close attention to the design and layout of it. It's a special breakfast that I have craved ever since leaving. Great rooms, very well designed and separate door to the bathroom area was a nice surprise. Such a great experience getting to stay here!

Overall a superb no-frills hotel with really good breakfast. My only complain is that the room is not sound-proof and in my 3 nights of stay there I can clearly hear a lot of conversations of the people in my neighbouring rooms (especially if you’re in the toilet). I even heard once my neighbours moaning at night. Other than that, everything’s fine though.

Great stay at this hotel downtown Barcelona. Breakfast is absolutely worth it to it and delicious. Plenty to choose from and good quality food. Rooms are wide, we got the executive one and had room for a 3rd bed. Staff (besides breakfast that were super nice) were nothing exceptional. Metro runs near and you are a 10 mins cab ride away from all the clubs and bars from Barcelona and within walking distance from sagrada familia. That was a plus. We will probably be back.

We stayed for 3 nights - great location with access to El mercat restaurants and shops, trams and walkable to La Familia Sagrada and Torres Glories. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was great. The best part about the whole experience in addition to above was the breakfast - served from 6.30 am to 11 am and the variety of food on offer.great staff, friendly service

Experience with four points, Barcelona has been spectacular. I have travel all around the world, and I have never felt these loved and embrace, everyone in these hotel treats you so kindly and so sweet that makes me wanna stay with four points forever and I’m looking forward for more four points stays. We met uncle at the restaurant and he was so amazing and so kind you can see in his training and everyone really goes the extra mile but a big big thank you to angel in the restaurant. He made our more really happy big thank you at the reception they were always very helpful and kind. I was here to officiate a wedding and they helped me to print the documents and correct them and they were always so kind to our sweet little five-year-old so thank you so much, we will never forget this trip. The hotel is really clean is amazing. We love the view the rooms were still comfortable. This was truly five stars and beyond.

So far I am staying here one week. Can only speak kindly of all staff throughout the hotel. Helpful , friendly and overall a kind warm atmosphere. Not sure if I can imagine or understand some of the previous negative reviews . They seem slightly exaggerated....

A good property to stay at. A bit far from city centre. A very good service from Pau - very supportive and helpful. Parking is behind the hotel and across the street. Only good enough for small cars. Interesting to see how the navigation from hotel personnel is the drive out.

This is where I stayed for my first time in Barcelona and had a room with stunning panoramic views of the city, I could literally see the Sagrada Famiglia from my room it was really high up. The location is a bit out of ways from everything else but super easy to get around the city using public transit and the breakfast was very good as expected from a Marriot hotel. It is also very secure you can only go up to the rooms using your key card access.

Good location, good and helpful staff, good that it had a gym, average room and a great shower.

A 9-day stay in this property was the worst experience that we have had in many years of using the Marriott system. Promotions for this property should include the disclaimer, “don’t expect international standards for service - just excuses and misrepresentations.” The only redeeming characteristic is the location on Ramble del Poblenou.

The hotel is very modern, and our room was spacious, super clean. There was a great selection on offer at breakfast! Our stay was even more special because of Juan! Who made us feel to welcomed and like nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with all amenities and great location. Our check in process was smooth and we were able to get a room one hour earlier. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They even provided information on attractions and shopping within a few blocks away. The room is modern and faced the main road but was quiet. The lower levels are perfect for business events.

Excellent stay. Spent 5 nights here and it was a great decision. Clean, comfortable and spacious Rooms with every modern amenity and feature. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The Location is the icing on the cake. Restaurants all over the vicinity. Beach is a 500 meter walk. Great hotel staff, the best food is within 10 minute walk including all the metro stations. Rooms are kind of small but very clean and renovated. Good experience

My stay was ok. Quiet, relaxing, and nothing eventful. The food quality is not bad, but not amazing either. The staff is not so friendly, if you keep it to yourself nobody will bother you, but if you ask for help or need anything, they will act difficult. I was treated rudely in the restaurant because I was one minute earlier than the opening time, and I took it to the front desk and they just shrugged their shoulders. The room is basic, but clean. Would I book there again? Not really.

We highly recommend this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly during our 7-night stay. Especially Mireja from the breakfast/bar did. an excellent job and was such a nice lady. The rooms are spacious, very clean. Room service/housekeeping was done everyday in a very satisfied way. Breakfast was excellent, too. You will get everything here from fresh fruit to fried eggs, etc. The location is very nice, Poblenou is just a great area to stay in Barcelona as it is not full of tourists and the area is very nice. We will be coming back here when we get a good price for the hotel next time. Well done, Sheraton!

What makes this hotel special is the staff working there. Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Check in was very quick yet attentive. Thank you Christina. Other reception staff were fabulous too. The room was clean and service was good. Loved the view from the 11th floor. Breakfast was lovely too. Special thanks to Marjena. Very engaging and made me a super coffee that was good we wanted to come back. Easy reach to the city centre, close to the beach and many restaurants.

Very nice hotel. The room bad really great. Breakfast was reach and had all type of things. Perfect position and the staff was amazing. Juan the guy at the bar was very kind with my kids and give us some tips for our travel, explain us some good place where to go during our stay in north of Spain. Same for the guy that helped us with the parking. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall it's OK. However, the 2 of us stayed in an "executive corner room" and there is but a single chair in the room! The lack of chairs made the entire experience awkward, e.g. we had to drink the complimentary cava on the bed as there is nowhere to sit.

I've stayed in this Four Points countless times visiting Barcelona. It's usually by far the most economical of the nicer hotel chains in Barcelona and almost always about half the price of other comparable hotels nearby. Some pros to this location include the fact that its in Poblenou, so there is excellent dining around, and the area isn't jam packed with tourists like you will find around the Gothic Quarter or other popular neighborhoods. Rooms on the upper floors tend to have a pretty good view, and are a nice size. On the "Cons" side, the current "COVID" reality we live in has meant a few changes (such as no bar), but overall the staff have managed to ensure that the offering is as good as it was pre-covid. Breakfast is on the more basic side, but if you have Platinum or higher status with Marriott it's free.

Such a great 5-night stay! I debated on staying at one of the Renaissance hotels but am so glad I decided to pay half the price and stay at the 4 Points. -Staff: ranged from professional to friendly and endearing -Breakfast: nice choices -Room: clean and super functional with big areas to put up suitcases and a door to shut off noise from the hallway and a modern bathroom (no bathtub) -Pretty convenient to everything (one of the reasons I considered one of the Renaissances was more accessibility but 4 Points is really about a 10-min walk from a quick subway ride to the more tourist areas -We enjoyed the nearby ramblas, which is literally outside the hotel door -We received an upgrade as titanium members to an executive room. It was still functional but it did have a beautiful view of the city, including the Sagrada Familia if you look out to the left -One minor complaint--they didn't want to help me on chat with booking a covid test to get back to the US. Asked at a pharamacy and they recommend Centre Medic Poblenou. They recommend reservations but on our last day when we just wanted to get the test done so we could go enjoy we were in and out there without an appointment in 30 minutes. Just whats app them the info they would like to +34 659 20 68 52. They are friendly and accomodating and about a 12-minute walk south of the hotel

Excellent hotel that I think is incorrectly classified as a 3-star. It would be 4-star in most other countries. The breakfast is outstanding. The gym could use more accessories but what a great ambience and view! The location is also perfect with access to a wide set of options in close walking distance. Highly recommended.
