Was recommended by Hilton staff. Too tired to find another place so we blindly followed their recommendation. Paela was extremely salty and borderline inedible. Tapas was good but prices were extremely steep. Expect to pay more than what you expect for subpar food. Would not recommend.

Recommended by the Hilton but poor quality and overpriced. I think they have a deal going because the restaurant guy asked if we were referred by the Hilton. Seafood Paella was super, super salty with a few random pieces of previously frozen seafood. Also, 40 + Euros for a lobster paella that had like one claw and no lobster meat. Rude service- the guy wanted a tip because he knew we were Americans.

I don’t understand anyones rating of less than FIVE STARS! This was a recommendation from our hotel (Hilton-Barcelona, on Avenida Diagonal). This restaurant is excellent! The authentic peninsula dishes were well prepared and BEYOND delicious!!! Atmosphere and service left absolutely nothing to be desired!!! We fully recommend this establishment. Eddie was our waiter and he was a consummate professional making the visit so much better for foreign travelers. Helpful hint - ask for the sangria!!!

The food was outstanding. First time in Barcelona and the Barcelona Hilton recommended this restaurant. Short walk from the hotel. Everyone in this restaurant was awesome regardless of the language barrier. If I do return I will definitely be back.

Our hotel clerk recommended this spot and made the reservation for us. The food and sangria were delicious. We were surprised that tapas plates were much larger than what we see in the US. Instead of 3 or 4 pieces on a plate, it was a full plate of food for each tapas ordered. The food was so good that we went back the next day and sat in their outdoor seating, which is actually enclosed and beautiful. It was temperature controlled, and we had a nice view of a park. If you're visiting Barcelona from the States, I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem. NOTE: There were plenty of gluten-free options, so I had no problem finding allergy friendly items on the menu.

This is our favorite pre cruise restaurant. The food is all unique and outstanding. The staff is attentive and Eddie is our favorite waiter. We nicknamed him ‘Fast Eddie’. Try it out!! The octopus was our favorite.
