I
recently
stayed
at
Hostal
Parisien
in
Barcelona,
and
although
it
has
so
much
potential,
it
ultimately
left
me
quite
disappointed,
earning
only
two
stars.
The
hostel
is
situated
on
the
bustling
La
Rambla,
making
it
an
excellent
location
for
tourists
looking
to
explore
the
city.
I
chose
a
private
room
with
a
shower
and
access
to
a
shared
bathroom
outside
of
the
room.
Unfortunately,
I
encountered
some
issues
during
my
stay.
The
shared
bathroom
was
out
of
both
toilet
paper
and
paper
towels,
which
was
quite
inconvenient.
Furthermore,
the
overall
cleanliness
of
the
hostel
left
much
to
be
desired.
On
the
bright
side,
my
room
was
located
on
the
backside
of
the
street,
which
meant
it
was
cool
and
quiet.
I
managed
to
sleep
pretty
well,
despite
the
noise
that
carried
easily
from
the
lobby
area
into
the
rooms.
In
conclusion,
Hostal
Parisien
has
a
fantastic
location
and
potential,
but
it
desperately
needs
improvement
in
terms
of
cleanliness
and
maintenance.
I
hope
the
management
will
address
these
issues
in
the
future
to
create
a
more
comfortable
and
enjoyable
experience
for
guests.
Until
then,
I
would
be
hesitant
to
recommend
this
hostel
to
other
travelers.
