For that reason, doctors are obliged to diagnose illnesses as fast as possible without taking all factors into consideration. In my case, each visit I’ve had in the last year with the Gastroenterologist hasn’t lasted more than 5 minutes each because of that urgency and endless need to see other patients and meet his KPI.     Cima's is supposed to be one of the "best" hospitals in Barcelona so this is why I decided to follow my pregnancy here. It has been one of the worst experience's of my life. From the moment you enter the reception staff are rude. I have seen more than 4 different doctors. Had zero follow up with appointments, I have missed very important tests because I wasn't told about them. Cima have zero customer care and service. They over book appointments and on average I was waiting more than 45 minutes to see the doctor. As a first time mum I thought I would have more support and guidance from a private health care insurance. I really don't recommend this hospital.

    My first and only experience with Sanitas and the Cima,´s hospital was nothing but really disappointed. On the day of the surgery, a member of the staff sent me to the wrong floor where I waited for 50mins and I was then late for my surgery. When I got discharged (the same day, it was a day-hospital), i did not got prescribed antibiotics for my OPEN wound and the instructions for the cleaning/healing process were absolutely not clear. Long story short- I had go back to emergency room after a week as I have been completed neglelected. A big shout out to the the nurses team though, especially Maria, who has taken care of me with patience, professionism and passion. i will always be grateful to them.

The reception is so bad that they set an appointment with a doctor that couldn't even perform the surgery. A complete waste of time two times out of three.     I'm so tired of Sanitas service in general. It's already a long wait (weeks in my case) until the appointment date and there's a more than 30 mins delay in the waiting room. I left without being attended due to my agenda. It's really unfortunate. I wasted my time, effort and money for nothing! I've been paying monthly since the beginning of year but so far they have not helped me with any of my health problems. The workers do what they can for you, but the problem is the system. It's time consuming and not efficient. I thought it's more efficient than CAP but it's definitely not in my opinion.

Our gynaecologist Dr Bianchi SPECIFIED which days this needs to take place - we have tried for a week now to make an appointment (I even personally went to the reception at gynaecology CIMA - unhelpful not-bothered attitude receptionist) and tried every number possible - NADA!! I have just called CIMA yet again, only to be told they cannot even give me the number for reception gynaecology - um, what??? With this kind of service I am terrified of having my baby here. Desde la persona que me atendió en admisiones, hasta el doctor que estuvo por mí y me fue informando en todo momento, pasando por el equipo de enfermeras, que también me trataron de forma excelente. Cuando las cosas se hacen mal, se dice, pero cuesta mucho poner una opinión cuando las cosas van bien, porque la gente da por hecho que así debe ser, pero no es así, hay que agradecer y resaltar las cosas buenas igual que lo hacemos con las malas.     Ingrese a urgencias domingo por la medianoche. La admisión fue rápida y amable, el trato por parte de una de las enfermeras que me atendió perfecto, pero el trato por parte de la Dra totalmente negativo y más de dos horas de espera, cuando en sala de urgencias no se veía a nadie más ingresado. No recomiendo

    My wife followed her first pregnancy with Dra Ilaria Bianchi for the first 32 weeks and Dra Cristina Gomez in last few weeks who helped us with the delivery of our baby at Hospital Cima. Both Doctors are really superb, very calm and knowledgeable. My wife and I absolutely recommend both Doctors.

    I have had only good experiences so far. From the entrance until leaving the hospital we were always on good hands. The receptionists were always kind and nice, and always helpful to us, and the doctors always treated us respectful and with kindness.

    First time today, I just moved to Barcelona and I don’t speak much spanish. I booked my visit through the Sanitas app and when I arrived at the hospital I did a quick check in with it as well then I waited to be called. The doctor (Pia Marengo) was really nice and professional, spoke perfect English. I managed to get another appointment with her through the app and an ecography + blood analysis through the receptionist that was really kind despite my broken spanish. I recommend!

    Only in Spain you have to wait for 2 hours at the EMERGENCY in a private hospital. I even had an appointment with the doctor, but they cancelled without any notification. I’ve been having the medical insurance at Sanitas for 4 years, but I won’t renew it. Awful service.

    Horrible horrible hospital, avoid at all costs if you want your health problems to be taken seriously. It took over 8 months to get a proper appointment and then I need another appointment to get my wisdom tooth taken? Its been almost a year since I went there the first time and my wisdom tooth has still not been taken out, we had to call and complain over 20 times and everytime it seems that we had to explain our situation again and again. Useless customerservice aswell from sanitas

    I have had only spectacualr experiences at CIMA . The staff goes out of their way to speak English and my internist Dr GALVEZ BOBADILLA has gone over all my health needs with great detail and care. Every procedure I have had done at CIMA as been smooth and effortless. I never had this much great care in the U. S.

    Excellent service from last night's shift, everyone very attentive and helpful. Both doctors and nurses... for my first time in the emergency room, I was more than served by the treatment of the staff.
