Fantastic tour of the city! Thoroughly performed and informative. You can customize the experience to attractions that are of interest and with some guidance from our guide we explored the wonderful and beautiful city of Barcelona. Would highly recommend to any one seeking a private experience. Driven around the city in a Mercedes S500. First class accommodation with first class service.

I don't even know where to start! This company is AMAZING! There aren't enough stars to rate the company and its tour guides. We had such a great time. I was apprehensive when I first reached out and at 1st interaction they calmed my nerves, always responded right away, and upfront with all their pricing. Everything was very transparent. Our tour guides Martha and Elena were fabulous and SO helpful! They went at our pace and even helped out when the "old people' in my group needed additional assistance. I had been to Barcelona before and never had service like this last time I was very impressed on how well this company was organized....I can keep going on but I would be here for days writing a review....Just know this, if you don't book with Spain Day Tours your trip to Spain will be incomplete!!! Keep up the great job!!

If I could leave 6 stars I would have left 7. I literally could not have planned a better day trip than the full day Montserrat and cava tour. Our guide (Marta) was nothing short of amazing. We’re a party of 6 (with some mobility issues), and she did what she could to get us as close as she could. She never once had us in haste and explained what we were looking at. The cava experience was also great!! They don’t pick the guides but it was so worth the additional monies. We were welcomed in as family from the moment we got in the van.

Great experience overall! Dory made the booking process seamless and easy and Ricardo (our guide and driver) did an amazing job with the tour of the city. He picked us up from the hotel, drove to various points of interest and then in the afternoon dropped us off at the cruise port. Their vans are also very comfortable and modern. Great service and definitely recommend in case you are looking for an amazing experience in Barcelona.

Jaoa was our tour guide and personable, prompt, knowledgeable and a careful driver. He took us to every place listed and gave us lots of information and tips for a better visit. We will definitely use him again if we are lucky enough to return.

We had a wonderful experience with Barcelona Tours to Montserrat and Park Güell. Our guide, Yolanda, spoke fluent English, was thorough with her explanations, and showed care for each person on the tour. Our driver, Ricard was professional, competent, friendly, and kept us all safe.The company had excellent communication with us prior and after the tour. This was my first trip to Spain and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I felt completely safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Barcelona Tours for excursions.

We arrived in Barcelona at the port, the tour van and our guide Marco were timely and efficient. After rounding up all members taking the tour, Marco explained our itinerary and off we went. The tour was half the day and a great over view of the city and its highlights! Marco was knowledgeable and engaging, he explained the history and details all of the sites as we passed by or when we stopped at the several locations. Walking Guell park and having the details about it was fantastic! At the end of the tour they dropped us off at our hotel with our luggage. I highly recommend taking this tour when you arrive in Barcelona.

Barcelona Day Tours is a great company. I was in constant communication with Mark before my trip and he was very responsive. We took two tours with them, and both were outstanding. Christina gave us a tour of the first day and she was very knowledgeable about Barcelona as a long time local. The next day we took a trip to Montserrat with Moises and that was our favorite day both because of the site and the guide. The company is very reliable and honest. I am glad we booked with them. Their vehicles are also very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day tour of Barcelona with Joseph. We droved in an air-conditioned, comfortable van. They took care of our luggage from the cruise. We visited Montsterrat, La Sagrada Familia, Park Quell, and downtown Barcelona. It was all very beautiful and the rich history was so interesting. Joseph was a super knowledgeable guide. We were able to take our time and enjoy the experience. Barcelona Day Tours was our best tour of our whole trip to the Mediterranean. Thank you!

This tour made the top of our experiences. The tour was over the top to say the least. Pick-up and drop off were as promised. The van we traveled in was top of the line and very comfortable. We saw and enjoyed the highlights of Barcelona - our tour guide was so knowledgeable and blending his humor with the history was quite entertaining. I only wish that we had another day to explore some of the sights. Thank you for the best tour of our 12 days cruising the Mediterranean and Adriatic seas!

Our group of 6 people took the "Barcelona City Tour and Montserrat" with Marta who was our excellent guide. She covered everything on her itinerary with professional and very friendly courtesy. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how wonderful our day in Barcelona and Montserrat was. Our day exceeded expectations. The pick up from the port was prompt and the day included sites that were very comprehensive. It was a full day of 8 hours and the tour guide was very knowledgeable, pleasant and thoughtful. The van was very comfortable and the driver did a great job in driving cautiously (which often is not the case with some companies). We were dropped off at our hotel, as promised. The day went off without a hitch due to their competence. Throughout the course of choosing and setting up several tours with Spain Day Tours the company was prompt in answering all of my questions, and were very patient with my many mistakes. They were always extremely courteous and helpful. I had complete confidence in this company and highly recommend them. If they were to branch out to other countries throughout Europe I would use them exclusively.

This was a really fantastic way to spend the day if you're staying in Barcelona. The tour of Monserrat was fantastic! We had a brief guided tour and then we had two hours to explore on our own, which we really appreciated as our whole group wanted to check out different things. The tour guide was also so knowledgeable! The wine tasting was our favorite part of the entire trip. I can't recommend this more! Especially for the price, this is a great day trip

My husband and I are well traveled. We just enjoyed the best tour EVER!! We had prearranged a tour to pick us up at the airport and we had a list of places that we wanted to see around Barcelona. We were greeted at the airport by a driver and brilliant tour guide. We were toured around in a classy Mercedes sedan and treated like royalty! Our arthritic bodies appreciated that the driver dropped us of and picked us up as close to each site as possible. Our guide showed us everything we wanted to see and more. His explanations, background stories and pointing out every detail made this the most amazing tour ever. We now have such an appreciation of Barcelona’s history, architecture, and culture! We recently went on the eight hour Montserrat and Barcelona tour. Marta was an outstanding guide. Knowledgeable and passionate about the history and stories of Catalan. This was beyond expectations. The art and views at Montserrat. The architecture of Gaudi and others that shaped the gorgeous buildings and sites in Barcelona. The views of the port. All capped off at Sagrada Familia. What a day! I can’t thank you enough for the incredible introduction to this wonderful area of Spain. I highly recommend this tour and this company.

This tour (private Barcelona in a day) and our guide, Olga, were the best, hands down. I was so excited to see Barcelona, but wanted to fit it all in, in a one day shore excursion. Not an easy task. Barcelona Day Tours patiently worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. (Montserrat, Montjuic, inside tour of La Sagrada, plus a quick panoramic tour of Gaudi's other buildings, and lunch squeezed in! All on a private bus with driver). We were a group of 11, ranging in age from 17 to 84. Olga, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing! Such a great fit for our family, and she made sure to stop & check on my parents as well. When it became a little too much for my mom, Olga was able to find alternatives for her, while still continuing the tour for the rest of us. She was very knowledgeable, with lots of information and pictures to show us, without being "preachy". She made it fun, kept our interest, and kept a smile on her face. She did an amazing job of taking family photos for us as well! Thank you Olga! I knew we would love Barcelona, but you were the icing on top!

Highly recommend to try Barcelona day tour if you would love to see Barcelona and are short on time. Everything from the moment I booked the tour went very smoothly and they communicated very easily by email. I love that they picked us up right on time out front our hotel and we ended the day at sagrada familia where we attended the inside tour on our own in which they had already obtained our tickets for. We had a great time on our trip to Girona. We saw the cathedral, the art museum, and we walked through the streets. Jordi was a good driver, it was a very comfortable vehicle, and he gave us some helpful suggestions for visiting the city. We really appreciate the trip and are grateful for the tour company for setting it up for us on short notice.

Barcelona Day Tours was absolutely wonderful at helping us adjust our plans during the pandemic. When we were finally able to visit Barcelona, we had three wonderful private tours with our driver/guide Christian. He took us to Montserrat, then a tour to Girona and the Dali Museum, and finally a tour of the city of Barcelona itself. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and was able to give us such good information during all of the tours we took with him! We learned so much from his expert commentary, and we thought that the private tours with him were just perfect for helping us get back into traveling.

He greatly enhanced our appreciation of Montserrat and that region of Spain. He was also able to relate Montserrat features with our planned visit to Sagrada Familia later in the day, things we would never have known. If we are in the area again, I would certainly like to have him as a guide. The car was comfortable and the drive pleasant. Communications were great and helped me feel confident that the tour would happen with no complications.
