Good place for breakfast, but not the best. The food is delicious, but the portions are small for the price. The staff is very nice! The place is very popular, there was a queue at the entrance.

Great place with great service. I loved the eggs with black waffles, definitely recommended. Pancakes did not taste good at all, but I loved how everything looked. The most impressive part is the preparation time, everything arrived in just a few minutes.

Very nice ambiance for brunch. Opens early for a quick breakfast. The queue can take up to 30-45 minutes. The food presentation is very unique and aesthetic. However to weigh out the waiting time and the food, I’d say it’s nice for a quiet lazy morning with friends.

Lovely spot for brunch! We came on a Sunday morning just before 10 and had about a 20 minute wait for a table inside. It got much busier after 10 so I would recommend getting there before 10. The eggs Benedict and the avo toast were top notch. And the presentation was exquisite. The staff were very friendly. Originally, we ordered the burrito but couldn’t eat due to an allergy (an ingredient wasn’t included on the menu). They promptly replaced it with another item of our choosing at no charge. Highly recommend!

I loved every single bite! All the dishes are made with a magic touch of love for culinary art! I highly recommend the fruit bowl after your main dish. My favorite is the sourdough toast with avocado spread, topped with smoked salmon, sliced avocado, and preserved vegetables. The wait was not that long! They are very creative in making seating space out of something! Very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are very accommodating. Bravo! Bon continuation !

Beautiful & Cute! We were sat fairly quickly on the window seat which was pretty neat. The juices were good & not to sweet. The food was good, but definitely not quite what I expected. I would go back, but def not my favorite Barcelona brunch spot. There was great service, close to fun things to see in the city, and they spoke excellent English!

I noticed long queues for days in front of this place so I decided to pay it a visit. Didn't wait too long to be seated but shared the table with other 2 guests. QR menu but a bit slow to respond personnel. Not a big fan of eggs but I do like a good egg Benedict. Unfortunately these were overcooked, way too small and it all it lacked the flavour. If there were salt and pepper at the table could have helped but... no... After eating, long wait to pay. Some improvements needed

10/10 would recommend. The breakfast sandwich and burrito were SO GOOD. There was a bit of a wait but it was so worth it. Staff was also really nice! Might have to come back for a second round (:

Best brunch place in the area, that we vistited twice during our 4 days trip.Variety of salty and sweet options. Strongly recomend the imunity juice, for the ginger lovers 😉. Coffee and carrot cake delicious. For my taste, Shakshuka(the red bowl in the photos), was too heavy as a brunch dish 🙂. Nice service and cozy atmosphere, with inside and outside tables.

We came here on our last day of holiday. We wish we came sooner. Fab breakfast and wonderful drinks. We were lucky enough to have the most brilliant waiter Andreo who showed us some magic tricks while we waited for our food. The environment was very relaxing. Food was 10/10 very tasty and beautifully presented. Thanks again team brunch & cake for a wonderful breakfast ❤️❤️

Place was crowded like crazy we had to wait for like more than an hour and half in line just to get a table ( during august ) Place was really cute and Instagram worthy ! Food was not worth the wait to be honest it could’ve been better. Coffee was a 7/10 Service was good but not the best since it was crowded and we sat outdoor

It is a very good brunch place with all the dishes carefully taken care of . We really enjoyed everything we ate and the whole environment in general makes you feel nice . The prices are abit spicy but you pay what you get .

Delicious brunch, our server was Roxi and she was very friendly! I got the avocado toast with a poached egg and beetroot latte. My boyfriend got the chicken breakfast burrito and a cappuccino. We got a cookie to go and everything was absolutely delicious!! We came here the day before around 11:30 am and there was a long line to get in, so we left. Today we came at 9:45 am and there was no wait, so I recommend getting there earlier! Very aesthetically pleasing looking, would recommend to check this place out!

One of the best place to have a brunch. The location is in a strategic place in l’Eixample and the forniture/style is really cozy. Good selection of sweets/bowls/salad/eggs with some interesting ideas (not the usual brunch with the known 4 dishes). In each table you’ll find a QR code to select your dish. Here, I didn’t like the fact that there are no images on the menu - it would be great to have images showing the complex eggs plates so people can get an idea of the overall dish. Service is fast and kind despite the fact that the place is always full. Make sure you reserve well in advance!

When in barcelona, we brunch! Each time we visit this great city, we choose a different place to enjoy brunch. This time, Brunch & Cake was our spot. After walking by the restaurant the day before and loving the exterior decor, we knew we had to stop in. We were a group of mixed eating needs, and the menu offered several options for all. The presentation was fantastic, staff super friendly, and the atmosphere delightful.

If you are close you can give it a go. What I don't like about food its being served cold. How can omelette be cold? My husband really liked their morning burrito, he said its really great. However my son's omelette was mostly cold which annoys me a lot. How can I be sure its freshly made and not a warm-up? So hence 3 stars.

☆☆☆☆☆ This is not one of the best restaurants for breakfast that I've ever been traveling around the world. THIS IS "THE" BEST!!!! The food is absolutely authentic and delicious! And artistically designed and presented. The ambiance is fantastic! The staff are super friendly and attentive. I only wish I had one of their restaurants near my house in my hometown. Well done, guys!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Beautiful place and the food was very tasty. We ordered Croque maddame , super sandwich and cinnamon rolls. All was bery nice but the cinnamon wasn’t something so good like we had read the comments . The staff who worked there was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for sure !

Beautiful presentation. Very cute food and atmosphere. A bit slow on the service. The burrito was a tad bit cold and the chicken was not freshly fried or crispy. This seems more of a place to take Instagram photos of food.

Absolutely amazing food. Highly recommend. Without doubt the best salad we’ve ever eaten. Our daughter had the pancakes which were also incredible. Service was fantastic. We’ll be coming back soon for sure.

Cute brunch spot in Barcelona. Went here with my husband and he order the Shakshouka and thought it decent but not blow you away. I order the scrambled egg toast with bacon but the bacon wasn’t as crispy/perfectly cooked the way I prefer. We shared a chai latte and it was yummy. Also had to try the cinnamon rolls that come with a scoop of ice cream and they were okay.

We ate breakfast here, it was so delicious, scrambled eggs and other dishes. We liked the food and the service was amazing with a smile. I recommend this restaurant and surely I'll visit it again.

Found this cute pastel dream right at the end of my visit to Barcelona. If aesthetically pleasing yet delicious dishes are your thing then you’ll love Brunch & Cake. The French toast is mind blowing and the smoked lemon pancakes are also highly recommended. Tasty juices and great coffees too. We went late afternoon so had no wait. I’ll be sure to return in my next trip to Barcelona 🙃

Not being able to find a table so many times, made the expectations to this place very high. The experience did not fail to meet these expectations! This had to be one of the best brunches ever! Tasty dishes, impossible to describe in words and very helpful & friendly staff. Definitely THE place to enjoy brunch in the city

Very solid place to get breakfast/lunch (and brunch). Enough options to satisfy most people and pretty tasty food. Food looks amazing, but is lacking a bit in terms of taste and flavour profile. We got the avocado toast + salmon and feel like it would have been a bit samey without the salmon (which costs extra). The burrito was quite tasty without any needed extras. Servers were very friendly and pretty attentive. Location was good, especially in sunny weather. All in all not spectacular, but still a very nice experience

Local chain for Brunch and.. more than cakes. The food is fresh, portions are generous, staff is friendly and price is quite fair. This place has a hype around it hence there is queue, people are quite cramped over each other and therefore the environment is less calm/laid back. Will recommend for a one time visit.

Mediocre at best The presentation of the food was top of the top and the menu option really cool especially if you are vegan or vegetarian but our coffees tasted really dry or too sweet The food had almost no flavor I had to grab the salt and pepper. The halloumi my friend got at her avocado toast was not cooked or seasoned at all.

A diamond amongst the rough! Very popular for a reason. Great location, perfect ambiance, excellent service. Good with English. Best of all fantastic food, very tasty, well presented and great choices. All looked very tempting. Had the super sandwich to share it was that big. Healthy choices so sadly no coke here. Very nice place to brunch in Barcelona. It offers all you expect in terms of brunch plate (avocado, eggs, pancakes etc...) and juices, the cappuccino is also great. The price is really faire for what you get and the people are really nice. Only little issue is there is usually a long waiting line

I loved this place. I couldn't have found a more friendlier environment. They have delicious food and wonderful people who work here like Juanita our server. One of the few places I found that had oat milk. I am definitely coming back.

Waiting time a bit long and service disorganized. Many options, including vegan and gluten free, with a selection of ingredients that end up having negative impact in the taste. The presentation is colorful and creative. The staff is always overwhelmed with the workload and therefore tend to not be very warm. The table was a bit sticky and smelled funny. Overall is a good place, but not memorable.

I love it. The cafe serves you with friendly staff at indoor tables or outdoor seating. You have the opportunity to choose between different nutritious breakfast dishes. All food and drinks are lovingly prepared and decorated. The prices are definitely bearable for the products offered. A recommended place to have a brunch with friends.
