    My engagement ring is broken after 5 months. Appears that they did not glue it well after cutting it for my size. When complaining they told me it is because of using it without even asking when we bought it or how much does it cost. They told me they do not offer a guarantee for jewelery and that I could send it to Barcelona so they can take a look and tell me how much I have to pay. Of course I would have to pay for the transport also. We thought we are buying a quality jewel but seems they cannot even glue well a ring and they have impolite staff which cannot solution any problem. I sincerely do not recommend it and we will never shop again from Rabat.

    Went to repair a breitling watch. All went fine until some east european lady starts asking me about my residence card. While she already had my passport. she’s not allowed to do that. This place is racist and I am never buying a breitling again. Avoid this place.

    Truly disappointing to be considered an AD. I came in a few months ago having a look at Tudor already with a specific model I was interested in. Came in and got led to the upper floor where they have their Tudor showcase. Got seated down and made to wait 30 minutes for someone to speak to me and my partner. Nothing offered during that time and the shop was not even busy. Once I finally got to speak to the sales person she was not sure of the model and even claimed it did not exist. I had to show her the tudor website and reference number which she checked but somehow could not understand. She just said it was not available. She gave me her whatsapp number and preceded us out of the shop without even offering us anything (I was keen to look at other watches but seemed like she just had different priorities) She then sent me a message on whatsapp later that evening asking me for the reference once again. I sent it to her and she said she would check with her manager/team the next day. She sends me a voice note with loud music in the background which made her message barely understandable and basically says it's not available and to send her a message in a few days or weeks. (Can't understand why I would have to be the one to follow up for a Tudor. Normally in other AD's they update you based on your requests) Anyways, I send her a message a month later and once again she asks for the reference number. Again I send it complete with the website link and she never replied. Shameful to be called a proper AD with no knowledge of customer service. Only reason I wanted to come here in the first place is because my regular AD doesn't carry Tudor but now I know never to return.

    Bad customer service. Yeah I can't reply to this message below me but you guys have been ignored my emails, calls and WhatsApps for 6 month's. I would like to change the wording instead of bad customer service a more accurate description is horrible customer service. Don't trust these people.

    Had really bad experience. My engagement ring is from this store and is second time I lost diamond . I brought same ring to other store and they told that is a fabric cause . Not even not to mention that the manager was really rude and big helpful at all.

    Had an initial chat with a sales person called Sergei or Sergy, was cordial and somewhat helpful on a watch I was looking for and was asked to come back later in the evening on the hope that it may be available. Came back in the evening and was told "maybe tomorrow". Come tomorrow and entered the shop again with Sergei ignoring me. Wasted time and energy on a stuck up store and salespeople, would highly recommend folks steer clear away from doing any business with this company. Union Suiza on the other hand were helpful and even offered to call on the arrival of the model I wanted.

    I am a serious watch collector and enthusiast. I was followed around the store like I was about to steal something by and old man sales assistant. All while wearing a €5000 watch and then basically asked to leave. I will never shop here and never recommend it to my friends. Now I will go buy my new Tudor watch somewhere else. Adios

    Not easy to get inside :) Entrance is confusing a little bit, the doors are remote controlled from the inside and you can't open it. But seriously speaking not a bad jewelry shop though. Bought watch there. Stuff is friendly and qualified (at least know a lot about watches), offered a coffee and champagne. The price was also very nice. It was a good experience in general.

    My friend and I visited Barcelona last weekend, and we had an atrocious experience at this particular AD. We were interested in seeing some Rolex and Vacheron Constantin watches, but the employee refused to show us any and treated us poorly, despite our polite demeanor and well-dressed appearance. It's important for Rolex that ADs treat potential customers well and present them with desired pieces when possible. This particular AD didn't seem to care at all. I recommend avoiding them and going to other ADs in Barcelona for a better experience!

    We've been in Barcelona 2 month ago for the first time having vacation there. A friend gave us a recommendation to this shop and we visited it straight on the first day. Plenty of nice luxury watches... many different brands and really nice and helpful staff, (especially Jaume). I found straight four watches I felt in love with... Perfect! Visited the shop a second time a few day's later and purchased two. Thank you again for your support. It made our trip to Barcelona even more unforgettable...We're more as happy!     Fantastic service and a huge range of jewelry and watches. The service I experienced at Rabat was second to none. Svetlana is very knowledgeable, she took a lot of time with us and is very friendly. In general all the staff were polite. From all my experiences, i would say that it is one of the best Rolex ADs i have been to, and they have a very big range of other watch brands, as well as some beautiful jewellery that they design themselves at very fair prices.

    My experience here was amazing. Ruiman Xu and the tiger staff member were very nice and helpful. I could make this review about the great price but the price is the price. What makes this place special is the people. From what I gathered it is a family owned jewelry store. They have done a phenomenal job at hiring the right people. The service is amazing. We walked in not expecting anything on a Thursday near closing time. Ruiman attended us and took care of us past 8pm their closing time. She left such an impression. We left the store, continued on with our travels when in Paris we opted to change our flights to have the ability to come back to the store and make our purchases. Our return to the store started with an email requesting an appointment. The appointment was set, we communicated via what's app and the excitement began. Our visit was better than the first. The cocktails were amazing. The people were great. And they have gained a customer for life. All my next watch purchases will be from Rabat. We bought two watches, an Omega, a Tudor and two earrings, one with a small diamond (which we received a certificate for) and a solid gold one.
