A friend had a regrettable encounter here, where they was unjustly branded a thief. The staff's hasty judgment and false accusation were deeply hurtful, and it was even more disheartening to witness their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake. Despite their claim of an error, they did not initiate an investigation or offer a proper apology. This incident has shattered my trust in their credibility and customer service, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment.

The biggest Carrefour supermarket in Barcelona. And also the best one in the Carrefour line. No doubt. Good prices. Good variety and diversity of products. Specially imported products. Every time I need something for home I come to buy here. But carefully: try to come on the week days. At the weekends it is very crowded. It is kind of sucks shopping with a lot of people surrounding you. Located in a nice commercial center called Les Glories. You can enjoy a Starbucks coffee or have lunch at the famous Vienna while you shopping for your home. Metro line 1 (red) or Bus H12 \ 7 Universitaria - Glories station

HA! Cheapest meal of my life and it was awesome! 2 sandwiches, 2 soft drinks, 3 croquettes, and 1 spinach pocket for 8 euros!!! I always think of this whenever i get something arbitrary for more than 8 euro.

Great variety and quality combined with really bad management of weekend crowds. As I write this in the cashier queue, there are literally a total of hundreds waiting to pay on both floors for every different type of cashier. Many booths are closed, not working. Why did you build them if you won't use on Saturday peak hours?! People leave their stuff and leave when they see the lines. Bring some efficiency please, employ or contract people, you are Carrefour!

It is a good chain of hypermarkets, have a lot of stuff and often enough have promos, but I do not like how they've been raising the prices of products to a point where it'd be cheaper to get such products at your local supermarket. I thought the point of Carrefour was its affordable prices... I guess I'll just go to Alcampo for that.

When you need something Carrefour will likely have it. They are a large two-floor store with a large food market on the first floor and electronics , clothing, and other goods on the second floor. It is a 10 minute walk from the Sheraton Four Points hotel, which is very convenient.

Nice place with a lot of shops. Easy access. Near to bus, subway and tranvia stations. Good for spending the afternoon shopping or eating something.

You need something —this is the place. It is affordable and logistics is just at walking distant from hotel. You may look for the most odd things and get it here. Fast cashiers and do it your self for faster in & out!!

Large selection of goods, high-quality products, short lines at checkouts for payment during the day. It is very convenient that there are self-service checkouts. And the best thing is an area with microwaves and tables where you can warm up the food you just bought.

Huge supermarket with lots of selection. The staff are just ok, of course not so friendly. They have all what you can expect from a carrefour store and it's matching the other countries and setup. Prices are ok for the country and city. They have a self checkout area or you can choose to go to the teller but the queues are huge! Good luck!

Huge place. You can find almost everything here. Many items are on special offer. Value for money if you go for their house brand. Love it! Surprisingly it's not crowded. I don't know if it's because of the location or the time I went is during off-peak hours.

One of 3 large Carrefour's in the city. I find it the cheapest supermarket of all the chains for weekly shopping and definitely for branded items. Plenty of offers and it's definitely worth signing up for their reward card. 2bd floor has non food items, clothes, electrodomesticos etc. The range of electronics is not huge, but the items they do have are cheaper than mediamrkt etc.

This place is huge and stocked with all sorts of stuff. It was interesting as tourists to browse the aisles and see all the local products. The most outstanding area was the open display of dry-cured ham. Never seen anything like it in the vanilla country.

Bought fish there, It was cut by a person from fish dept (so they saw fish inside). At home I realised muscles of fish are full some kind of rings. I get out one with a knife and it happened to be still alive and moving helminth. This “ring” became straight and started moving. Shop is just around the corner, so I showed video to the lady at the customer care and she refunded straight away without opening a bag with this fish. My point is that person from fish dept cut fish and made fillets, so was able to see helminths perfectly well and still packed it and sold to me.

Nice, good food at the "preparats", but even during busy times there is just one(!) lady helping a big line. It takes then a lot of time. The poor lady is doing everything she can, but management simply should put two persons behind this desk. If you are having a tight schedule, don't go here..

Great supermarket with good prices. It has a lot of variety. They're usually open long hours (until 22:00 pm during the summer), making them convenient for busy people. I find that the supermarket has friendly and helpful staff, and I always enjoy my shopping experience there. The checkout experience is also well organised, with self-checkouts machines, "small carts" lines, and normal lines, limiting waiting times for checkout.

Carrefour - all in one. Everything you need can be found here. There are good suggestions.

I often go there although there are closer supermarkets from my place, just because I like the wide range of variety and I perfectly know that I will pay more; just fine I do not mind. Yet, I had to meet some quite rude staff here (in the checkout, particularly self checkout) a couple of times, not only once (not language related, I do speak Spanish). I am nice to the staff all the time, and not coming all the way to be treated badly. Please, educate your staff; train them about being nice and patient (I even did not push their limits of patience, treated badly for very small things). Patience is the keyword if a human oriented business is run. Thanks.

Has a wide range of things and products from food to electrical items, home items etc. Carrefour has some vegan products but you have to find them in the normal/non-vegan food. A vegan section would be nice. Has their own bio (organic) range for lot of things. You can save some money on regular promotions & discounts i.e. buy 2 and save.
