It is really sad to see all these fruits and vegetables packed in plastic. This is such a waste and specially in a country like Spain where they could display these product fresh and reduce waste.

Great shopping mall with multi storied facilities. Different stores at different levels. Electronics, beddings, stationary, hardware items, alcohol and refreshments...

Vigo Corte Ingles : F - Barcelona Corte Ingles : A+ I literally love this store ans look forward to going to ir and its super Market. This one is superior to Vigo in every way possible. Vigo staff will try sneaking higher priced items to your bill, like me. Not here !

The ground floor gets too crowded and hot with insufficient air conditioning compared to the upper levels of the store. Very uncomfortable. I wanted to visit one particular jeweller, next time I will go to a different store. The toilets are also hidden on the second floor with poor signage. Don't bother coming here, go to another store that's less crowded.

It has been several times I came to this store and every time I have to go through the same ordeal: lots of visitors, few salespeople to cater for a tsunami of frenetic buyers (who utterly barely buy anything) and not that much variety of colors and sizes to choose from. I prefer to go to other stores of El Corte Ingles, where the salespeople are enough for the amount of customers that visit and avoid this one.

Best Perfume brand and the ladies selling it are so nice and friendly Lisbeth and her colleague were super nice.

Very good shopping centre with all kind of brands of prestige: Ex: Armani, Carolina Herrera, Levis and many others. There's a supermarket with quotidianes products of normal prices, and other products of very high quality, and, of course, very expensive. The visit is totally recommended. Foreign people find this shopping centre very interesting.

This mall was near to our hotel. It’s very big and look normal from outside. You’ll get access to every single shop. It’s very clean and nice. I’ve used toilets here and it was clean. You’ll get access to all type of shops. It’s worth a visit.

If i could put 0 stars i would. This has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had living in spain now over 6 years. I ordered a dishwasher from here and first they brought the wrong dishwasher and the technician refused to take it with him even thought told him they was clearly not the dishwasher i had ordered. Days after some comes to pick it up. They bring the correct dishwasher but with missing pieces meaning the dishwasher could not be installed correctly. Long story short, I have now opened 4 cases with el corte ingles to have someone bring these pieces, no response, i call atleast 5 times a day for almost 2 montjs and each time when someone answers ( which is not often) all they do is open another case!!! Now i have a dishwasher that cant be installed and just realeses the most awful smells, cause as you can imagine a dishwasher should not just be sitting without use for two months straight. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SEEVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME NOT TO GET Electrodoméstics from here!!!

We stopped briefly to check out LV, Dior and the Gormat/grocery store in the basement. The sales reps at Dior were more welcoming than the LV store. They took their time helping us and was very graciously explaining their collection to us. The grocery/Gormat section was huge. Ended up with a lot of local favorites (chocolates and sweets). We also stopped by a sandwich place, The sandwiches were divine.

As long as El Corte Inglés exists, there will be a place where order wins over chaos, beauty reigns over grayness and professionalism succeeds over Internet-call-centers. Amen.

I was waiting in line for my turn at the movistar counter on the second floor, I hadn't done anything yet and didn't interrupt him to serve the previous customer, and the male staff member looked at me with contempt, is there something wrong with him? Or is he racist? The caixa next to him was the same, their arrogant and rude attitude was disgusting.

I loved Shopping at El Corte Ingles in Barcelona there are alot of high-end brands but they also have their own line and it's very affordable. If you're lucky you visit the store during sale months, you can get kids' pijamas for 5 Euros. Love ❤️ the shopping in Spain

I really don't understand the system el corte ingles. I have a coupon which I can use it from today at the toy section which is on the 5th floot. If I purchsed over 40euros i could get 13€ discount. But even if I bought over 68.19euros they said the coupon didn't work. That's all. They tried just twice and said we couln't use it. We should paid all without any discount. And the cashier trow my coupon. It's given by el corte ingles becasue I had purchased before. I'm really disappoined that they didn't try to solve the problem.

Great shopping mall with everything you could ever desire, very close to the Camp Nou as well. I used the photograph servie there on the 2nd floor and I can definitely recommend it, if you'll suddenly need a new passport picture durring your visit in Bercelona, just like me:)

The grocery section is great. You'll get everything you want. They are a bit costlier than other places but that's the price you pay when you get everything at one place in a well maintained state.

Very good department store. There are designer accessories shops on the ground floor. There is also a well stocked cosmetics department. This store has everything from clothing and housewares to electronics.

The Hypercor on the basement floor is definitely worth a look if you’re struggling to find something in the limited ranges most supermarkets provide in Barcelona. You may pay a little more but the quality and feel is reflected in that price.

One of the best shopping malls all over Barcelona! Huge variety of products, all brands are there, some of them have even their own store in store. You can find even sizes for tall really tall men! There is a floor which is dedicated to sports and you can find equipment for all kind of sports. There is also the tech department where you can buy all tech gadgets that are available this moment. Next to the supermarket there is also a take away restaurant with super delicious ready meals, bakery store with fresh bread and sweets and even a grill house with daily fresh grilled meats!!

Toy area is amazing. Great restaurants on the top floor.

Must visit if in Spain, Barcelona or wherever else. Make sure to bring an extra empty suitcase for all the delicious Spanish food you will bring home after a visit in their supermarket! Besides the supermarket, the mall has a lot of luxury stores. All very nice!

The sales clerks are so informative, makes it a pleasure to shop there. Excellent selection of products. The first person I spoke with in tax free was not helpful. However, I went back later and the person then was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

This review is for the TV section of the department store. I just want to thank Jose Roldan specifically. We bought our TV last January and with his help found the perfect one. Unfortunately, after 6 months it broke. Samsung and Corte Ingles were very helpful in replacing it with a new one. Once again Jose helped us pick the perfect television. He has in depth knowledge about the sound/visual/software vs price. He also helped with administrative work which isn't even his job. Corte Ingles is lucky to have such a wonderful staff member.

Fermina helped us buy a bed, and her advice was very helpful. It was ideal being able to try out various beds from different brands, which we couldn’t do in shops that are dedicated to a specific brand.

I wanted to try a shirt, which was size M+, I have size M, and I wanted to try a shirt to see how it will look on me, as I wouldn’t mind having a bit loose shirt. But the saleswoman took the shirt from my hands and said it will be big for you and walked a way. Not very nice ☹️

Clean spacious luxury department store with wide selection of goods. Staff friendly and helpful despite me not speaking any Spanish. Seems reasonably priced.

Very nice and safe shopping space for the local and international visitors. Their welcome kit and the 10% discount to international tourists are the icing over the cake !

This is an upscale shopping mall in a wealthy area of the city. We were referred to this place when we asked about getting authentic Spanish food to bring back after our vacay. And we were not disappointed. On the lower level is a supermarket that has everything. It's not cheap, but we were able to find stuff that other markets didn't have like manchego. They have more brands of olives and olive oil than I could count. And plenty of Iberian ham. They also have wines and beers and soft drinks and anything you'd ever expect to find in a grocery store. I took off one star because it's outrageously expensive.

Bad customer service/level. They forgot to give us a bag of grocery and we were asked to go all the way to pick it up instead of delivering it to remedy their mistake.
