Got a medium cup with pistachio and hazelnut. The hazelnut had good flavor but the pistachio flavor was light. Both flavors got bland really quick so it wasn’t the best experience especially given the high expectations

This is a pro-tip to everybody reading this, if gelato is served in metal tins with lids it’s the good stuff. If the gelato stacked higher then the metal container it’s not good. There was a line outside and I get why. Lots of vegan gelato icecream options as written on the board outside. Also special flavors you wouldn’t see anywhere else. I had the smallest (which was more than enough) cup for €3,10 and could choose 2 flavors as the nice English speaking worker told me. I chose Pear with Cardamom (subtle and not overpowering) and Apple with Cinnamon (like apple pie!). It is located on a nice little square/crossing with lots of public seating. Highly recommend!
